I called the number listed in our check-in materials before we arrived to make sure there would be a grill (as advertised in the rental description). The Summit County Mountain Rentals rep said there was a grill at the condo and told me that I could have found that information myself by reading the website instead of calling him. He wasn't kind, pleasant, or helpful. When we arrived, there was no grill. We texted the Summit County Mountain Rentals number provided to ask about the grill. They informed us that they don't actually know what is in each unit because they just rent out the property (would have been great if the first caller I spoke with had provided me with that information) and that there might be a grill in the community clubhouse. They provided me with a number for the property management company and suggested that I call them to find about how to access the clubhouse. We did, several times, but never heard back. The Summit County Mountain Rentals people never checked in to see if the grill issue had been resolved - and did nothing to make sure our questions were answered. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was a significant amount of hair on both couches and throw pillows, the living room chairs, the bathroom floor, shower, and bathroom rugs. The location and property layout were both great, but with so many rental options in the area, we will look for a different rental with a different rental company next year.

From beginning to end we had a wonderful time at this property. I was super impressed with all the communication leading up to our stay. I never had to wonder when I would hear from them or how to get into the property. The condo was perfect for our family. Very clean. All the amenities that you could need. The king bed was so comfy! All in all I'd highly recommend this place!

This year there were rodent droppings all over the balcony and balcony furniture. Window with ripped screen was left open prior to our arrival so the condo was full of gnats. The balcony door did not lock. It was looked at by maintenance but never fixed. There was no battery in the smoke detector. The kitchen was missing basics (ie salt and pepper). I would consider most of these minor things, but annoying. Construction inside the condo was not disclosed in the listing, but didn’t affect our stay. I think we would stay here again. Management just needs to pay a little closer attention to details.

When I arrived the house wasn't as clean/prepared as my previous stay:

sofa cushions weren't in place on the sofa; cleaning supplies were left behind, there was a swipe card in the kitchen; the wine opener still had a wine cork in it; etc...this was all concerning due to COVID. I wiped the house down as it did not feel like the home was properly cleaned and then quality checked.

On day six of my stay, there were roofers that were doing work on the roof. There was no communication about this maintenance. I had virtual work meetings scheduled and was super disruptive all day long.

The property is clean, quiet, and has everything you need for a stay away from home. Location is great because you can access I-70 quickly in about ten minutes, but you are tucked away. You can access many trailheads, parks, and passes easily.

Looks newer and perfect location in keystone to other towns we planned on visiting during our trip. Easy to find, parking was never an issue. Newer construction. Was blown away upon entering, looks even better in person. Very modern but also still having the feeling of being in the mountains. Well stocked kitchen to cook if you plan on that. Only suggestion would be add some wooden spoons and a keurig would be ideal. We made do with the drip but didn't care for extra required clean up of traditional drip coffee maker every morning. Some reviews mention issues with TV, we were able to log into our Amazon prime with no issues to watch movies. For basic TV, we used the roku app on TV without having to log into anything with no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I took our youngest on his first ski trip. This condo is perfect for skiing at Keystone. It’s literally down the road from the slopes. Condo is updated and very roomy. We had one very small issue, and they sent maintenance immediately and took care of it. We definitely look forward to staying here again!
