We have stayed in several condos in various Florida locations, but none were as clean is this one. The kitchen truly was "fully stocked" with anything one needs for preparing meals (short of the food.) The lanai is the largest I have seen, and you can clearly see the gulf from it. The beach is private, so even though you can see the crowded public beach, in front of the complex is lovely and not crowded. The facility supplies beach chairs, which is convenient. Amy has done a lovely job of decorating. We appreciated that she gave us great tips on what to see and do. There are only four units on the floor, so it was fairly quiet. The village center is a fun mixture of restaurants and a few shops. Publix, Walgreens and Walmart are just across the bridge. Enjoy! We certainly did.

I came with my small family of 3 and it was the rest we all needed. The incredible beach gave us the best sunset views, with the softest sand ever. The fact that the beach was literally steps below us (not even sea grass blocked our way) was a complete perk. Didn't have to worry about chairs, as the private property had plenty. My tween loved the private 2nd bedroom and comfy couch in the living area. The condo had every item we needed. There was a small issue inside the condo, but our hostess responded quickly and helped us resolve it. The food from the Siesta Key town center was amazing. Listen to Amy's suggestions, they were right on the money! Best clam chowder, Captain Jacks! Over all we had a fantastic and restful visit and hope to be back someday soon.

Condo exactly like advertised, communication with Amy and directions to get there, events and travel about area was spot on! Pool and beach were footsteps away, loved every aspect and will be back!!

Had an amazing time by the beach on Siesta Key! Condo was fully stocked with all the essential things. Spacious and clean. We loved the balcony looking out towards the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Came down for a long weekend. It was our first time in Siesta Key. The condo was great!! Well stocked, cute vibe, comfy, & so close to the beautiful beach! We will be back!

Let me first say Amy is awesome!! She went above and beyond. I'll start with the condo first. It was perfect for the 6 of us. My daughter, son-in- law and 2 grandkids ( 3 & turned 6 while there). The open concept was great. Large living/ dining area. The balcony was large, like having extra living space. It was nice to come up after a day at the beach & all of us sit out there & talk & plan the evening. The master bedroom was great! Lots of closet space & I enjoyed being able to access the balcony from the master bedroom. It was great going out in the morning while everyone else was sleeping & enjoy a cup of tea & watch the sun come up. 2nd bedroom was perfect for my daughter's family. Nice touch the vanity where you could sit & do your hair & makeup. 1 of the pools were right by the condo & the Beach was a few step away. Great when you have little ones. Thanks again Amy for all that you did to make Harper's 6th birthday very special.

Our family of three had a very enjoyable time at Amy's property with the primary purpose being able to relax with a classic beach vacation before the summer ends.
Siesta Key beach needs no introduction. You can simply walk to the beach straight out of the Jamaica Royale complex where the property amenities are exactly as described in the listing. One particular highlight for us were the two well maintained beachfront grills that were clean and easy to use.
The well-stocked property itself was spacious with a nice lay-out. We put the private balcony/patio to good use.
While the property is somewhat aged and has some wear and tear from years of vacation traffic, none of the issues affected us from having a great time.
We sincerely appreciate Amy's responsiveness and support when we needed to reach out. We also appreciate her thoughtfulness and flexibility for our check-in and check-out. Thanks!

The condo itself was amazing. The location was perfect for our stay, being able to catch the sunrise and the sunset conveniently from the private beach was exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to be able to enjoy the beach without a lot of crowds, but also close enough to touristy locations. We could enjoy shopping and food as well as peace and quiet. The balcony was definitely my favorite aspect of the condo, views were beautiful.

This condo was perfect and was everything we were looking for. We came from Vancouver WA. The beach and ocean were heavenly! Even when the enormous amounts of seaweed washed up on the shore one evening, it was all gone by the next morning. The property is beautifully taken care of. Amy was always very easy to get a hold of to answer any questions. My family and I had one of the best vacations ever! We are already talking about next years trip back to Siesta Key!

If you are considering booking Amy’s place on Siesta Key beach just do it! You will not regret it! One of the cleanest places we’ve ever booked with the BEST location, comfiest beds, biggest lanai, and super great air conditioning. Truly nothing bad to say. Amy was super fast to respond to any inquiries I had, & we’d totally stay here again in a heartbeat! Siesta key is a gem and this place is the icing on the cake!

The condo was perfect and is exactly as it was advertised. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean from the condo that was a steps away from the white powdery Siesta Key sand. Everything was provided and the condo was very clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with and we are planning to return next year. Highly recommended!

This condo is in the perfect area to get to and from Siesta Key Village, and more importantly - to enjoy the beach! We loved taking the trolley to town (and walking) and experiencing this beachy, fun area! Amy was great to reach out to whenever we needed anything!

The condo was very clean and had everything you would need for a vacation. Like a home away from home. It was great to be able to have access to the beach 24/7 right from the building. Amy provided great information about the condo and the area activities. If you don't want to walk or drive to the Village, there are several free shuttles that will pick you up on demand. Just a tip is appreciated by the drivers. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo and from Amy again.

This condo is perfection. A huge balcony to sit out on. A nice kitchen to prepare any meals or drinks. Plenty of plates, silver and glasses. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are great. I have no complaints!
Also, great communication with Amy before and during visit. She truly makes sure you have everything you need! I appreciated that!
We plan on booking this condo again.

Large, spacious, relaxing condo had everything we needed and more! The balcony is amazing- also large with multiple spots to sit or watch the sunset. Jamaica Royale has so much to offer as well with multiple pools, grills, easy parking. And to top it all off, Siesta Key has the most beautiful white sand beach in the world. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful beach home so we could enjoy all it has to offer!

Sunny Condo 44 was the best place we could’ve asked for on a relaxing girls trip! It was clean, perfect location, beautifully decorated, and an amazing balcony! Woke up every morning to the sunrise and were able to take only a couple of steps to the beach. Amy was such a delight to communicate with through out the entire booking process, as well as our stay. Will definitely be visiting again, soon!

Amy was prompt and consistent with communications. The condo was indeed well stocked, super clean, convenient...and showed better than the pics--a rarity. The deck was spacious and enjoyable, we really don't have a thing to suggest (except I wish our stay could have been longer!!!). Thanks for a great fall break--even our cranky not quite adult boys were happy!

Our family had the best time here. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. This is one of the cleanest places I have rented from VRBO! The property owner went out of her way to make sure we could arrive as soon as our flight landed. Very spacious. I would give this condo 100 stars if I could. Our kids had the time of their lives. Thank you Amy for being such a great host!
