Luana was very helpful. She is fast in giving info and recommendation. And she was flexible by letting us staying a bit late than the check out time.
The place was difficult to find and not easy accessible.

The house is a smart house greatly managed by the owners. We received all instruction which were detailed (descriptions and videos) plus whenever needed we could reach them via whatsapp or phone. We could park the car in the garage which was great as in Genua it's problematic to find a free spot. The location is perfect, quite far from the center but in the same time very eachy to reach by bus or metro. The house was clean, very well furnished. In the kitchen there is everything you need for everyday cooking. You can do the washing maschine as well. internet was working perfectly.
There was a lot of humidity in the house which resulted in mold in some parts. If you are staying for more than 2 nights i recommand to buy some sheets in IKEA instead of paying the fee, it's just cheaper :)
