The host met us at the property and was very friendly and helpful in directing us to various places to see and eat in Pisa. The location was on point just near the historic center so getting to and from most places of interest was a breeze. Facilities were very clean, effective air conditioning and great room sizes. Bathroom was clean and the shower is a good size. One thing to note is that we stayed for two nights and we were expected to collect and take out all trash before check out. There are bins located around the corner and about a 2 minute walk from the unit. Factor in the time to do that before you leave as there is a notable charge if it's not done.A

Soundproofing was something I definitely noticed. I could hear all the comings and goings from the communal hallway and the bathroom from the other unit buts up against the bedroom so you can easily hear when someone is in there especially showering.

Close to the train station and easy to walk to all the attractions. Knowledgeable and helpful host who couldn’t do enough for us and even arranged our taxi to the airport the next day. The room was very clean throughout with a good bathroom

Motorbike noise at night.

Francesco was the most welcoming host. He arranged the airport transfer for us early on a Sunday morning, recommended and booked a very good local restaurant. On arrival and depart from the apartment he helped us with our large & heavy suitcases plus an electric mobility scooter. I wish we had booked for longer it was so pleasant. Thank you for a great stay Francesco!

The mattress protector made us too hot, as they always do!

Great location, lovely welcome and brilliant communication all the way through
