This fancy, family friendly holiday home in the vicinity of Herzele is run by kind locals. It offers clean beds and bathrooms, a clean and very well-equipped kitchen (2 fridges and dish washers), and two gardens.
It is located near Herzele, and a good starting point for hikes.
Some might say it's not cheap, the counter argument being: pay a little extra, get a little extra.

Nothing.

Amazing location and venue. Great for company workshops and team building.
The design of the building is very nice, the arrangement of bathrooms could be a bit challenging in case colleagues are sharing one room - the glass walls to shower and toilette do not guarantee very high level of privacy.
