it’s located by the sandy river in a beautiful little town. it has three floors for our big family.

the doors stick and the main bathroom door doesn’t close completely. The fireplace and wood stove didn’t seem to work.

it is not too close to other properties but close to the river. lots of room.

the hrill was filthy. there is only one shower.

We didn't get or expect a breakfast.

We noticed that the footrest on the black chair in the living area was hanging to one side. We tipped it over and saw that 3 of the 4 screws were missing. Then in doing that another screw fell to the floor that holds the sides. We checked and found that at least 6 screws were finger tight so we tightened them but we didn't have any screws to fix she foot rest. The other thing we noticed was that the living area was very dark, even with the lamps available. It was hard to read in there.

Very nice home. beautiful view. Walk from the back slider door down to the streaming river and find nice sling back chairs waiting for your relaxation.

No TV in the living room. Pool not working. Couldn't open the lockbox for key. No phone service. Had to drive down the mountain to call for help. There were only two of us but the booking site somehow showed 7 with pets that we could not change. Overcharged on cleaning fee due to this.
