Location, apartment is next to Plaza Espana and monument to Miguel Servantes and also nearby Egyptian temple, Royal palace, Teatro Flamenco Madrid. All necessary appliances for short stay including washing machine provided. Carrefour express for groceries just across street and plenty of restaurants and fast food around. Instructions send by owner how to find and open apartment or use sofa in day room are simple to understand.
Due to some reasons, cleaning of apartment was not done before 15:00 and we have been able to enter property only after 16:00

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location to explore the city. We had everything we needed.
It has centralized air conditioning, which worked very well during our stay, especially in the bedrooms, keeping them cool. There is an extra air conditioning unit that you can use on very hot days, plus fans.
It can get noisy at night, if you open the windows. It didn’t bother us that much.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.
This is just some advice for the future. For families that travel with babies or toddlers, it would be very much appreciated to confirm the availability of a cot in advance. Even though I asked about this weeks in advance, I didn’t receive a confirmation and was asked to confirm with the team one day before our arrival. It can be stressful not knowing if your baby has his own, safe place to sleep or not. We did get a cot in the end, everything was well!

Kahve makinesi, havlu pecete, havlu vs yoktu. Havlu sadece 2 tane bırakılmıştı daha doğrusu.
