The property was beautiful, and clean. More than enough space for our family. Lots of entertainment for all age ranges. Only thing we wish we got was the heat for the pool and hot tub. Didnt realize that was not included until we tried to get in! Overall, I would recommend this property to everyone.

Property was perfect for our party - 3 families. Enough bathrooms & didn’t even use a couple of the bedrooms. Enjoyed the resort amenities for an entire day of our mini trip.

EVERYTHING was great! Communication was excellent! House was fantastic! I’ll be booking with you all again without hesitation!!

The house was as expected but when we arrived we found that the glass part of the front door was shattered. I called the rental company/host for assistance and was shocked by their handling of the situation. The door had been covered with caution tape and I was surprised to hear that the break happened several days before but we were not contacted about the issue before check in. I spent several hours calling and discussing with the phone agent asking for help, a different house or a maintenance worker to come and either fix or in some way better secure the door. I was told she was unable to reach the host and there were no other homes for our group to move to and no one to come repair. At 9:30 pm I received a call from the host and was accused of trying to get a refund rather than fix the problem. I asked what options were available to fix it (another home available or a repair person to at least tape up the door and broken glass) and was told there was no possibility of either. I then mentioned that I thought some type of refund would be reasonable in that case and he responded “see it is just about the money”. In the end, they refunded half of 1 night stay and sent someone to tape up the door the next day but the stress in arriving and resolving this as well as the rude, disrespectful and unprofessional handling of the situation was upsetting. We were traveling with a large group of young children safety was a major issue. If you stay here, hope there are no issues!
