Farei una ristrutturazione del gazebo accanto alla piscina e migliorerei la saletta con altre poltroncine.

Very nice and calm place, while place looked like a nice garden with a pool. Very relaxing.

I planned to stay for some days, but stayed a whole month due to: - Hospitality of the manager & her staff - Perfect place to socialize & escape at the same time - Additional cleaning & laundry service makes it comfortable especially for long-term guests

Great place for long-term business and leasure stays. Leandra was a perfect host. Very good to work in tranquility but also to meet other people staying there. The facilities are working well, there is a laundry service and a nice common area.

If you’re on a budget and long term stay, this place is for you! The rooms are cleaned well and laundry is available at separate cost but extremely reasonable. The staff are the kindest people they will be available to you any time of the day. The kitchen is equipped with essentials and a good medium sized fridge and a gas cooker, practical for cooking which I found useful.

Let’s not forget this is a reasonable place for what you’ll be paying. But the building and facilities seem to be very old so there were some challenges: - Tiny ants will crawl into your room from small holes everywhere in the apartment room (one was crawling over my face on the bed and zillions appearing in the bath room). - Some mosquitos or tiny flies may also be in your room. There is no mosquito net. - the air conditioner is VERY old. Although it works well and the rooms become cold, the issue was with the noise it makes while in motion… the place is in a quiet neighbor but your aircon will be the loudest thing you hear at night. - amenities are non-existent except for 2 bars of soap. - shower: hot water works but it’s either really hot or really cold and impossible to adjust. - I’ve read in the reviews that if you use too much electricity you’ll have to pay for it… which I’d never heard of (luckily I didn’t face these issues but just highlight for those to be aware since I was not explained this on entry). - Sunday there is no room cleaning (which was not too clear when checking in so watch out for any laundry!)
