The location was fantastic the apartment was bright airy and comfortable
There was a sewage smell in the bathroom and the shower needs updating

The location was superb, very central. It is on a quiet side street and we slept very well. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the spanish steps and 5 from the trevi fountain. It only took us 25 minutes to walk everywhere else, Colosseum, Vatican city etc. As we visited during a heatwave, it was a welcome relief to be able to go back to the apartment during the day for a cool down.
The air-conditioning was sufficient and the apartment was well equipped for self catering. The shower was excellent, spacious and with plenty of hot and cold water and strong water pressure.
We would return to this apartment again and again, my only quibble would be that both beds should be made up with plenty of pillows. I was travelling with my son and required both bedrooms but the owners assumed the 2 adults were a couple.

Location was fantastic. That’s the only thing I paid for. Owners were lovely
Not enough room for 4 travellers with 4 large luggages +
Needs major updating. Even though we saw a cleaner there prior to entering everything was sticky. Bathroom passable but shower shocking. Old and not enough room for the tall men in my family. Kitchen terrible. Don’t even consider to try and cook there.
At the end of the day if intention is only to sleep location is fabulous
