Such a fun place to stay in Austin. While we didn't use it much, kitchen is well appointed. Decor was fabulous. Very comfortable.

This house was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and well-stocked and the location was ideal for a girl's getaway weekend. We had 7 of us and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the living area. The beds were very comfortable as well. It would be great if a full-length mirror was added somewhere in the property. There also was not ample toilet paper for the 3 days we were there, so plan to bring your own. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was awesome but getting into the front door took 20 minutes. The instructions were poor & incorrect. The only way to notify someone was through a 1-800 # & sit on hold. Therefore, communication with property mgr. gets zero stars. This should really be remedied in my opinion. I wiukd totally stay there again if I knew I could get in contact with someone if needed & not have to wait on hold for 20 minutes.

My sisters and I greatly enjoyed our stay. As 5 women traveling together we felt very safe in this area. The house is a short walk to some cute coffee shops and restaurants. The house is managed by a management company called Vacasa so if you need to communicate it will not be with one single individual, but they were very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and well equipped with all essentials.

House was beautiful and described perfectly. We had a an issue on the last night, thus the reason for 3 stars not 5. We were on the last night of our 4 night stay, when my husband and son in law walked to the local food truck vendors to get us some dinner. Approximately 3-5 minutes after the men had WALKED away from the home and were out of sight, we received a knock at the front door. With only 2 of us females in the house, we obviously didn't open the door. I asked who it was and what they needed. A female stated she had stayed in this AirBnB last week and had "left her hoodie in the 2nd bedroom". She insisted that AirBnB told her to come to the house and get it. She became VERY UPSET when we refused to open the door and stormed out the front gate out of the yard. We heard car doors shut and the car sped off. After the men returned with dinner, all seemed fine, although we felt a little on edge. About an hour after the initial incident, both men took the trash out to the can, where they then see a car on the corner with at least 1 person in it with their phone light on. As soon as the person sees my husband and son in law looking, they speed off. I called and notified Vacasa of the issue right then and there. I was told someone would reach back out to us within the hour, that was 72 hours ago and nobody has contacted us. VERY unhappy that for the price per night of this home, we ended leaving 1 night early because we did not feel safe in the home.

My friends and I have been doing girls trips for 30 years and wanted a place we could stay together. The house was perfect for six and had great spaces to hang out. It was about a 7 minutes drive to downtown and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We did not rent a car and took an Uber to get around. The house looked and was decorated like the pictures on VRBO.

The house was very comfortable and suited our group’s needs. However, the keypad entry never worked for us, and the house was quite dirty when we entered. In total, over our weekend, we killed 6 different bugs, including 2 cockroaches. There were multiple parts of the house that were damaged, including broken sliding closet doors, half cracked outlets, and holes in walls. Additionally, none of the coffee makers in the house worked. We paid to have a very well kept house for this trip, and were disappointed.

The facility was sufficient for our needs. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and decor. Our only problem was the Entry Code was cancelled on our second day and of course the coldest night of the visit without notice. We were locked out and it took awhile for us to get someone on the 800 number to assist us. They informed us that the code was cancelled and a new one was assigned, but we were not notified.

Great location, a mile from everything we wanted to do. Kitchen is for people who love to cook, living room is very conducive for lounging. Bedrooms and baths provide privacy and comfort. Exterior needs some TLC, gas grill was inoperative. Overall our family of 8 were very comfortable and we loved the place. Plenty of room to hang out and the table was big enough to accommodate all of us. We would definitely stay there again.

The beds are all in great shape and very comfortable. It is terrific to have 3 full bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked and their is a pantry with all the extra supplies you need to use a kitchen - paper products, cleaning supplies, seasonings and oil, etc. The TV’s have all the movie channels. We were not savvy enough, though, to figure out how to see local antenna channels?!?! The house is on a quiet street, yet within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. Also their is a two car garage and a 2 car driveway, which is very nice for house sharing with 3 couples.

We loved staying at Case De Miguel! It was the perfect home base for our son's wedding. The neighborhood felt very safe and central to all of our activities around the Austin area. Everything was very easily operated and all that we needed was provided, from toilet paper to trash bags, coffee filters, etc. The house was clean and comfortable. Having a bathroom for each of the bedrooms was extremely helpful as well. You won't go wrong renting this house.

We chose this home because it was near the baby shower event for my daughter. It was perfect location, easy to get to everything we needed to. We did have issues with TV and internet, as well as getting in the home the first day. We were contacted by Shelly, to help resolve the internet and TV connection issues. She was awesome… so kind, and worked diligently to resolve the issue, she kept in contact with me on AT&T to help reset internet. Even though the issues with TV and internet couldn’t be fixed while we were there over the weekend, Shelly was outstanding. We all loved chatting with her, she helped with suggestions for breakfast spots.. and honestly we felt like she was part of the family. Such a refreshing experience, with an awesome person… we appreciated her energy and the fact she tried very hard to get issues resolved. Shelly… you are awesome. We all loved meeting you.

I reached out 5 times with questions and did not once receive a response. But I did receive lots of survey links and automated messages that did nothing to answer my direct questions. There was not a phone number listed on either VRBO or Vacasa apps so I’m glad everything went smoothly as I have no idea how we would have gotten a hold of someone in any kind of emergency or if we had an issue with an appliance not working, etc…

The location is very convenient to downtown, South Congress, South Lamar, Zilker, and other Austin attractions; easy Uber or bike rides if you don’t have a car. Like much of Austin, this area is undergoing a good bit of demolition of cute, cottage-style homes to put in modern mega homes, squeezing as much onto the lot as possible, so construction noise is unavoidable, though it never bothered us during “quiet hours.” The day we arrived was Austin’s record-breaking drop in high temperatures from 85 down to 32. The heat for two of the bedrooms didn’t work, so we had a cold first night but Shelley responded quickly and had it fixed by early the next afternoon. The property is dog friendly and has a cute little fenced in area, but be advised small dogs might squeeze under the fence (like our 14-lb boy tried to do! 😂). Those are seriously the only complaints, and even knowing that, I would stay at this home again. The beds are comfortable; the living room and dining area are both cozy and plenty big enough; and getting to bring the old man dog to pup-friendly Austin was fabulous. Quick plug for nearby Teal House Coffee & Bakery — amazing people and excellent baked goods and beverages.
