Overall had the basics and fit our needs. Within walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room for our group.

Cute property located on dead end street, within 2 blocks of the ocean & free trolley that takes you up and down the island! Would book this place again, if we choose to go back to Bradenton area!

We had a really special vacation (7women) at this home. With so many rental choices, we chose this as it was an easy walk, 3 short blocks, to beach, one floor layout (vs condos or those 3 story places) & enough space for us to spread out or all be together. No stairs, a huge screened porch, large living room, and pool where we could all relax together was huge plus. Grill worked perfectly for the one evening we felt like cooking 😁…so many restaurants for the remainder! Sea breeze Vacations provided great service: Connor and Emma. They responded quickly and professionally with check in information and to a couple issues I’m sure they are correcting now they are aware of them. Housekeeping found my gold earrings & Emma mailed to me 🙏 Thank you, Housekeeping! We would all book this place again.

Everything was perfect. The only complaint I have is the pool was cold and not heated and the alarm that goes from the house to the pool did not work from the inside so it went off every time till you push the button on the outside of the door. Other than that the place was awesome

We had a fantastic stay on AMI. The house was adorable and comfortable, the pool was small but great after a day at the beach. The outside shower was helpful for getting everyone showered to go out. Service was friendly and quick to bring a replacement coffee pot. It was a short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to Coquina beach which had the best seashells near the jetty. The pier on the Bayside at Coquina had a beautiful view of the sunrise. Gorgeous island! definitely plan to return!

EXCELLENT location! super close proximity to the beach, and having the pool in the backyard was great for our small children. The pool worked perfectly fine for our 2, 4 and 6 year old children and for us just to dip in… but something to note if you have multiple adults wanting to swim. The house was furnished with everything we needed and more and decorated so adorably. Lots of bedrooms which was great for accommodating our larger group (4 adults and 3 children, and we didn't even use one of the bedrooms!). Having a washer and dryer in the home was actually a really great surprise! I definitely recommend this rental if you're looking for close proximity to the beach! The host was always very quick to respond which was helpful.

The pool lights were not working and they never got the company to come fix them so we were not able to swim after it got dark. Also, the screened porch was not very clean as well as one of the trundle beds sheets were dirty.

What a great experience from start to finish! The booking process was easy. Someone has been in contact with me regularly since booking last year. Check in and check out were easy. We left some items in the property and they tracked us down and returned them. The property was well maintained and clean. Will definitely try to book with you again!

Great rental! We did end up getting and enjoying having a golf cart, the beach access is not a direct route. The house was decorated great and had everything we needed. We will definitely rent this house again on another visit to AMI!

Everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway!
This house was absolutely perfect for our recent family vacation. 3 blocks from the beach was an easy walk with the kids. They provided absolutely everything we needed for days at the beach - various sized wagons, coolers, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Not to mention towels and boogie boards.
The outdoor shower was perfect for the transition from beach to pool, and also just to keep the sand out of the house. We loved the screen porch and pretty much spent every night out there relaxing and watching tv. The kids loved the bunk beds and all the beach decor. As a parent, I appreciated that there were TONS of hooks throughout the house to hang wet items, as well as a washer and dryer which we used several times!
Everything was clean upon check-in and the process was super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.
Overall just a wonderful property, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, quaint and brand new!
This home is walking distance to a beautiful stretch of the beach. The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed with every detail and amenity you could want! The pool area is perfect! And tons of room to sleek guests!
