Cabin was very clean and in a great location. Very easy to get to! Close to the strip but also very quiet and peaceful location! Plenty of room for multiple people!

We love the area and have stayed with these hosts several times. They are very responsive and always have their cabins stocked with everything you need for a great time.

Very nice cabin with well equipped kitchen, including conventional AND Kuerig coffee makers. Separate bedrooms and baths were nice. I liked be able to park next to front door. The wood cabin look and feel was wonderful. Furnishings all very nice.

Great area! It was peaceful and quiet and close to everything. The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to dust under and behind the beds. They look like they have not been vacuumed or moved in years. Shower doors downstairs fell in on the family members twice. I’m glad they were young. That could have really hurt someone older. I reported both to the owner and she responded promptly. I would rent again since I feel the matters will be addressed.

LIGHT IN THE STAIRWAY GOING UPSTAIRS, HAS A SHORT IN IT. CHANGED LIGHT BULB AND LIGHT REMAINS TO FLICKER. NEEDS ATTENTION.

It was the perfect location and plenty of room for my family of 5. Everything was good except the floors in 2 of the bathrooms were not cleaned. Maybe just missed by cleaning service.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the cabin, my daughter had the entire downstairs to herself, couldn’t be happier. Cabin is very close to all activities.

The cabin was cozy and adorable. Immaculate!
Close to EVERYTHING. Disappointed that outdoor pool could not be used all week as it was very dirty. No on-site personnel to assist or answer questions about the Resort. Various instructions and info. provided in cabin by owner appears to be dated. Owner should provide beach towels for pools and essentials like storage bowls with lids for food and leftovers.

A few too many hiccups with cleanliness and maintenance, but the managers were wonderful, took our suggestions of improvements, anf I hope to stay again with no hiccups. Location is absolutely wonderful! So close to everything in Pigeon Forge, a short ride to Sevierville, and a joyful ride through the mountains to Gatlinburg. My husband is part of a mini-truck club and learned there was a car show happening on Saturday, which made his vacation 100% more special 😁. Thank you Ashleigh for all your communication.

We stayed at this same cabin 2 years ago and it was awesome. Unfortunately, this time the grounds and pool were filthy. 6 foot tall weeds greeted us at the front door, trash overflowing by the garbages, empty beer cans in between cabins. The outdoor hot tub sat empty all week and after multiple follow ups with the owner, we gave up. The owner did finally offer us a small credit of $149 for our troubles, which hardly seemed fair, and then we never even received it. Same with our $175 pet deposit as we wound up not bringing our dogs, but that wasn’t returned to us either. Extremely disappointing and we won’t be back.

Cabin is well layed out and in great location. It was well stocked and very pretty. The lock on downstairs door needs to be repaired. Everything was in great shape except the carpet going downstairs. We noticed our feet getting really dirty and when we mopped up a spill, realized the floor was really dirty although it did not look dirty. Upstairs master was big and comfy, and lot of privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommencd it for a great vacation week!

Cabin was as advertised. Very roomy for our family of 7. The location is wonderful, very close to all attractions but felt private. It could use a deep cleaning, as the floors were dirty and left all of our feet and socks dirty. The only negative thing we experienced, was the resort spa down at the pool area was cold and wouldn't get warm.

It was perfect! The cabin was clean and neat. Everything we needed to be comfortable was supplied, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with dishes and cookware. The location is awesome! We were 15 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do.

The cabin was slightly different than pictures but honestly better! More space which allowed us to roam freely. Great amenities inside the cabin and on the property. It’s also close to everything! 2 minutes from Kroger, 15 from the liquor store and 10 or soo from all of the tourist traps lol. The hot tub didn’t stay hot the entire trip, but we didn’t call it in soo that is on us. If you plan to bring a decent amount of people or plan to swim and got tub I would bring detergent or extra towels.

Easy to book, was little misleading, was duplex not whole cabin great location for winter trip ,had few missing cabinet knobs,and trim pieces,overall we great trip 👍

This is our family’s first trip to the Smokey’s, Three of us shared this VRBO. It was great to have three levels with a bathroom on each level. Our adult daughter loved having her own space on the studio. We used all of the outdoor space especially the outdoor deck off of the master suite where we had coffee and cocktails. Our dog loved the deck and did not want to come in at night. We all enjoyed the warm and relaxing hot tub, Thete were plenty of towels and plastic bags to refill the trash. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace warmed up the living room .We enjoyed our Jeep ride through the Smokey’s, Moonshine Tour and the Dollywood Stampede. Hope to return to the Smokey’s some day. We would recommend this VRBO and praise Ashleigh for her QUICK response to any questions we had.

Pigeon Forge is a absolutely beautiful place to visit. The cabin was great. A little difficult to find, if ypu get there at night. Great view from the balcony of the master bedroom. Kids enjoyed playing foosball & best part is they are dog friendly & we were able to bring our dog. Definitely will return.

We had a fantastic family vacation at the Bear’s retreat in Pigeon Forge. Michael and Ashleigh were super quick and responsive to help solve the couple of questions we had. The cabin is very well equipped, is very cozy and perfect for our family reunion. We were 10 people, Age ranges between 72 year and less than a year old and everybody had a place. The cabin had a crib which was super helpful. Location is also very convenient. The only recommendation would be to have some things like salt, pepper, oil and maybe washing machine detergent or perhaps indicate the cabin does not have in the listing so guest are prepared to bring as sometimes for a short stay is not worth it to buy these for a short stay.

We rented this cabin for our Christmas vacation and it was exactly as the pictures depicted. Easy to get to and close to all that Pigeon Gorge has to offer. Ashleigh was a fast communicator with any questions we had and the hot tub was a great way to end our days. We will definitely book again the next time we’re in Tennessee!

Only complaint is we heard the people next door really bad. All hours of the night we heard them up walking around and such. Also, if you’re planning to grill, bring your own cleaner stuff. It was not cleaned, but that could just simply not be included in the cleaning company’s area. Over all, it was a good stay, handy to everything downtown and clean.

Location was perfect. No TV in bedroom down stairs. We could not regulate temp in house at all. It was chilly on main floor and a sauna upstairs. There is only 1 thermostat and propane logs for main floor and upstairs and temp was always chilly down stairs and sauna upstairs. Also some of cabinets in kitchen do not have knobs only screws to open cabinet not good for small child. There is also a large screw hanging 2 inches out of wall I assume to hand things on near dining table. Very dangerous for kids along with door to go to basement does not stay shut. Again dangerous for a child. Everything else was good. .
