"The shuttle service was awesome and a few of us figured out how to ski into place. Place was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was great and so was the snow!!!"

Black Bear Chalet is a really cozy, comfortable house. Jason, the house manager, is very helpful and extremely responsive and friendly. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because it isn't ski in unless you are an expert skier. The shuttle is exceptional though and you can actually call them and they will come which is a pretty unusual feature for a shuttle.
