No soap in the entire apartment for all of our stay and no concierge to help crazy having to find the chemist shop to get keys not a lover of car lifts so would not return in favour of different parking

The view. Clean. Spa and pool. Comfy

Couch could be better

The design of the apartment was very good. The view from the balcony was great.

The parking was not easy. Picking up the key off the premises was a nuisance thank goodness for my daughter

The view and location on the beach front was spectacular. The apartment was comfortable once finally inside.

It was an apartment where we needed to drive to go food shopping or to eat out. This meant extracting our car from a tight car lift where the remote failed to work. One of us had to go to the ground or basement via the passenger lift to bring it to where the car was. The location is basically suburbia on the beach. The process for checking in was painful with Australian Immigration like double checking of documents including banking details, licence, etc. despite the booking being completed via Booking.com (Visa Debit card details known by them). At 73 years of age we didn’t need this kind of stress.
