Loved the cute apartment design inside, but completely disliked the steep flight of stairs my husband and I had to endured with our heavy luggage. The lack of parking and the distance we had to walk from the parking area to the apartment was disappointing. The restaurant below the apartment was certainly convenient. They served tasty Italian food and the service was exceptional. However, the Friday night band music was so loud it kept my husband and I from sleeping until 2:30 AM.
I would have greatly appreciated it if I had been informed of the parking situation prior to booking my stay. It was communicated the day of my arrival.

It is now an annual tradition for my mother and me to stay for a week in this tiny gem, cook meals and sit facing the Juliette balcony, take strolls downtown. I have taken the same photographs of the space countless times. The loveliness of the design and the fall of the light just makes for memorable time on our travels.

The owners were very attentive and great. The loft was nice and quaint. However, the city has a severe homeless problem close-by the location that is starting to negatively affect this beautiful city.

It’s was great! The only problem was you had to walk and park across the way and at night with a young child it was a little weary getting to the apartment. The space itself was beautiful and well kept. Would def stay again.

This property is so amazing and when you walk in the door you have all the comforts of home! Very secure and contactless check in was a breeze and property owners communication with me was very prompt! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The only thing that wasn’t in this rental was my clothes, all the other am amenities were provided even a few spices and other things! I would rate this property a 5 star stay! Will definitely be staying here more often!

The studio apartment is just darling! Perfect for a girls weekend! The location is in walking distance to wonderful restaurants in downtown Johnson City! There was a slight mishap with check in, but the host's communication was excellent! - Would definitely recommend!
