Urban Puebla by Grupo Amber

location, lobby and bathroom

number of pillows, the fact that even tho you are staying at the hotel you don’t have a guaranteed parking spot and you have to park on the street.

Very comfortable and safe location

Public kitchen would be great

Attention, service, bed

Bathroom looked improvised. Water goes everywhere since shower has no curtains or door

I liked the price they asked for a night

The pictures gave the impression of peaceful rooms with a lot of sunlight coming in. I was in a room that felt more like a basement without direct sunlight coming in. Room 1 was on the ground floor located directly next to the stairs so when you are in your bed you hear everyone talking while they are passing to go upstairs and you hear people talking at the reception. Just make sure you book the right room as shown on the picture when you are staying there. I was not able to switch because it was fully booked, but the other rooms must be better because of the high rates other visitors gave this place.
