Comfortable and accommodating staff. Scooters are easy to rent. Rooms tv also has netflix which is a nice late night perk.
Breakfast could have been better.

Exceptional value for money, a good gateway to take a Cruise in Ha Long bay.
In a strange location - literally hundreds of unoccupied shops and apartments.

The room was large, beautiful and comfortable. The front desk staff was very kind and nice. They even upgraded my parents' room to a better room for free that day. We stayed for two nights and ordered breakfast. The food was delicious. It's a blessing to be able to eat pho in the morning. I recommend staying here. My mother and relatives and friends can also go for a walk on the nearby beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, which is very comfortable.

Loved this hotel! Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful; carried our bags to our room, let us leave luggage a day early (as went on cruise) and let us check in an hour early. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable bed and close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
There were small bits in our room that showed signs of durability/ could have been deep cleaned but nothing that affected us at all :)

Hotel is new and well kept.
Location. No bars or restaurants close by. Although there is a good place to eat and drink walking towards the main road to the left, past the gas station there is a buffet with a large variety to choose from.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were so helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms were great. Very large bathrooms. Loads of hot water. Close to the beach.
The property itself is great. Since covid the area is very quiet which is a pity for the whole resort. I hope the tourists return soon for the businesses there.

The room was exactly like in the pictures,very clean and the mattress soft/firm ratio was great. The sheets were so soft as well. Staff super friendly and accommodating.

Exceptional pricing and extremely kind staff. The location is really close to everything and the motorbike rental is a must! Thank you for having us and caring for us as your family.

Customer service was great, and room was beautiful. We got a free upgrade to a suite room which was great.
The location was good, however surrounding the hotel was seemingly abandoned property development sites. It felt like a ghost town, it was not in peak season granted, however a guide for what we can do while we’re there would have been appreciated.

They give us a better room than the one i booked because we were in the low season ! Very nice approach, good services, beautiful and clean room, everything was perfect :)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It's brand new and exceptionally clean. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

very modern property with very nice rooms, comfortable beds, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Great for the price
nothing about the property, expect the area was very quiet like a ghost town, it was hard to find any restaurants besides seafood or things to do besides walk to the beach. I’m not sure if maybe this is because we stayed in the low season.
