What a marvelous place to stay! The property is within a beautifully remodeled half-timbered structure, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is spacious and has a wonderful kitchen with new, modern appliances and cookware. We easily prepared all our meals here and thus were able to avoid eating out all the time, saving us money. Free public parking is merely a couple of minutes walk away from the property, which was perfect because we spent most of the week exploring the Loire region by car. Location is perfect, it is just minutes walk away from Château Royal d'Amboise, Château du Clos Lucé (the DaVinci residence), Château Gaillard, as well as the Loire River itself. Our hostess was very kind and understanding since we do not speak French. (Google made communication quite easy! ;-) ) She met us upon arrival and promptly answered any questions we had. The property itself is quiet; overall we had an extremely relaxing week in Amboise, mostly thanks to comfort of this lodging. Thank you, Claudine!

Locatia cazarii este foarte aproape de centru si de parcare mare gratuita. Apartamentul este dotat cu absolut toate cele necesare si este modern si foarte curat.

Central location, close to sights and to free parking. Original place for the bedroom for fit people who can climb the ladder like us, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom.

No terrace however I put a chair outside to catch the last bit of sunshine.

The location was superb, so close to the chateau and other historical places. The cottage itself retained all the old character yet with all the mod cons you could ever need. There was nothing that hadnt been thought of.
