500 square meters of surface, well-arranged on two floors, surrounded by the green hills and silence of the Tuscan countryside, with 1000 square meters of garden and wood.
From the garden you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the hills, up to S. Gimignano with its magnificent towers.

For the daily change of bed linen and towels, there is a surcharge.

We kindly ask you, while respecting the house and the environment, to use the air conditioning responsibly, avoiding leaving it on continuously.

During the night (from 8.30pm to 7.00am), thanks also to the presence of mosquito nets, it is possible to sleep with the windows open and the air conditioning turned off.

Furthermore, the same temperature must be set in all rooms. The system is in fact connected to a single motor that powers five devices; different settings (for example 21°, 23° or 24°) may cause a malfunction or damage the system.

Finally, it is requested not to set a temperature lower than 21°C. This temperature still guarantees a cool and comfortable environment without the need to use blankets.
