Our large family had all the space and comfort needed for our Christmas to New Year stay. The house and amenities were as advertised or better. Lake access was great, and the paddle boards and kayaks were used even though it was nowhere close to summer weather. The house layout gave us plenty of together space, but the bedroom and bathroom arrangements were private and comfortable. Great hosts and super easy check-in. We will be back.

The property is beautiful!! Such a lovely home in a gorgeous setting!! My grandchildren had fun playing in the game room. They tried fishing, but it was raining and chilly. The beds were so comfortable. A perfect place to share with our family.

We stayed at this amazing home with extended family and friends to celebrate my husband's birthday and to enjoy the Clemson - UNC Game on November 18th. We were a group of 14 of ages ranging from 17 to 87.
What an AMAZING home! Not only was it so perfectly clean that we felt like we were the very first to ever stay there....the flow, openness and number of bedrooms made it an incredibly comfortable stay for all of our guests. On top of that, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything we could have needed during our stay. Our only regret was that we wish we had one or two more days in the home to just relax and enjoy the incredible porch and lake view.
I could not recommend this home more for groups of any size. We will absolutely return!

We were a group of four families visiting for the Clemson game. We had a group of teenage kids. The home was amazing.
The home is laid out well, comfortable bedrooms, very well stocked, amazing lake frontage, great dock, lots of lake toys, game room, large kitchen. We did not have trouble locating the home even though it is brand new. Google maps

We love Lake Keowee and THIS house. We do an annual Lake Keowee trip every summer with friends and family and this house did not disappoint!! This large, spacious house fit our group of 15 with no problem. We had plenty of beds for everyone, kids and adults could enjoy separate spaces, and the outdoor living was so relaxing.
This beautiful house is located directly on Lake Keowee in a quiet cove which makes swimming off the private boat dock perfect for all ages. The house came with EVERYTHING we needed (or wanted) from kitchen supplies, indoor and outdoor games, and fun water toys! The kids and adults all enjoyed the huge water mat, SUP boards, floats, the board games and especially the ping pong table!
The homeowners, Jeannie and Mike, were always available and accommodating for any questions we had about the area or house. We had an AMAZING time and will definitely be back!!
Thank you guys for opening your beautiful house to our family and friends. We can’t wait for our next trip!!

Beautiful, spacious, and cozy lake house located in a quiet/convenient area. Breathtaking views from the balcony. Fun for the entire family. The house has everything needed for a fun family vacation. Mornings were my favorite time…sitting on the 2nd fl balcony and listening to the birds and breeze in the trees. Evening at the fire pit was pretty special too when the lightning bugs came out!

This home turned out to be the perfect lakefront location for our family vacation of 13 (6 adults, ages 42-77 and kids ages 9-20). Where to start?? Exactly as described; nicely decorated & clean; plenty of space to be together or apart; beautiful outdoor patios, flat yard, dock (gradual stepping stones-not too steep); mature trees for a cozy feel; well-equipped and includes lots of extra entertainment amenities as listed - kept our group busy and no one was bored! Peaceful, quiet ambiance due to being on a “finger” - but quick access to the lake; nice quiet cul-de-sac location. Grocery stores & restaurants close by in several small towns (within @ 15 min). We were very content staying at the house most of our 8 day stay…we did do a hike to Yellow Branch Falls & played mini-golf. And lastly, but certainly not least - you could not ask for a better host than Jeannie!! She is super sweet, quick to respond to inquiries…you can tell she wants to provide a great experience! We will definitely rent again, without question…and so should you!!

The house was spacious and thoughtfully designed for a large group. There were plenty of play locations, conversation spots and places to chill out. This was the perfect location to enjoy the lake - the no wake buoy is literally 60 feet out from the dock - so it felt quiet and safe for everyone who was out playing in, on or next to the lake. We brought some extra watercraft and hammocks which was great for our large group. We all enjoyed the great blue heron stalking the cove and flying low over our heads, and the house finch feeding its chicks in the nest on the back covered deck. Such a bonus that the grocery store is a short drive down the road! Jeannie is the most responsive host that I've encountered over the course of many trips. Highly recommend!

The place is wonderful. It’s very well designed and decorated. Beautiful view. Clean. Comfortable. Well stocked. Well furnished. Basement games are fun and a nice touch for the kids. Fire pit was a nice touch too!

We rented this house so we could visit our son at Clemson and attend a football game. We had 15 people and there was more than enough room for all. The house is gorgeous and has all the amenities and functionality you will need for an enjoyable stay. We especially loved the view of the lake, the ping pong in the basement and the comfortable beds and couches! The house is super clean and has plenty of kitchen accessories too. We will definitely be returning! The owners were also very quick to reply to us when we had questions. You won’t go wrong renting this house!

For the second time in a year, we leased this amazing property. This trip, we had two other families with us. It is convenient to Clemson, great modern home with all the amenities and a perfect place to entertain. We went up for football game and then had a couple of dozen college students out Sunday for a family cookout. The owners are responsive and super friendly. This house lacks nothing … we will be back!!!

This is a great home on the lake. The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate large groups of people. It is nicely stocked with all the things you need on vacation. Beds are comfortable, the house is decorated very nicely and the owner is so kind and quick to respond. We all had such a fabulous time together on the lake and look forward to next year! Awesome family vacation
Our annual family vacation was spent at lake keowee this year. The property was perfect for us. Our ages ranged from 18 months to 70 years. The house was well equipped with things to do as well as kitchen supplies. It was our favorite location.

Perfect lake prooerty for a large group!
This property is gorgeous in person! 😍 We loved the spacious layout and the decor. There were multiple families in our group, and having the adults in the 3 upstairs bedrooms and the kids in the bedrooms downstairs (there are 4) worked out perfectly for us. There’s a ton of outdoor deck seating, and I loved enjoying my coffee there in the morning. The house had all we needed and more (for example, I needed a crockpot for a meal and they had one, even though it wasn’t listed). The appliances were new, and they even had a bunch of beach towels for the lake! We loved the ping pong table, and the extra drink fridge on the lower level that opens to the lake. The kids loved taking them in the kayak and the stand-up paddle board. All in all, this was an incredible place to rent and we plan to return! 💕

Amazing Weekend Getaway
Three families with children ranging from
9 to 14 rented this home over Memorial Day weekend and had an amazing time. We had plenty of space to spread out. The home is beautiful and has all of the extras that you could want to make a memorable trip. The homeowners were very thoughtful and responsible and great to work with. Fabulous Thanksgiving Trip
We hadn’t seen our extended family due to the pandemic, and so Jeannie and Mikes home was going to be the perfect place for our get together. The home had plenty of room for 14 of us! It’s beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to cook meals and prep for the Thanksgiving feast. Jeannie was super quick to respond to my questions. The home is right on the lake so the kids could fish off the dock. There is a great lil fire pit where we spent most nights roasting marshmallows and catching up. 5-star stay! I would recommend to anyone.

Lake Keowee Gem
This property was better than advertised. It is newly constructed, clean, modern and has every amenity that you could want. It is located on a secluded finger of Lake Keowee with wonderful boating opportunities and great views. The communication between the owner and me was consistent and open ... she was truly availible if we had had a problem (which we did not). We will be renting this home again in the near future. If I could rate it six stars I would.

We are already talking about our next trip back to the area. Certainly a recommended property.

Annual girls weekend
We take an annual girls trip in the fall every year. We all went to Winthrop University & were in a sorority. We usually have a very large group, so we have to find a big house. This home was fantastic! It has everything you could possibly think of. There are board games, ping pong, corn hole, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. We loved sitting on the dock enjoying the beautiful weather. There are so many bedrooms and all of the furniture is so comfortable. The owners gave awesome recommendations for local to places to eat & shop. They are great to work with. I can’t recommend this house enough. You will have so much fun and make the best memories.

Incredible property
The property is as beautiful as advertised. Quite cove was perfect for floating and kayaking/ paddle boarding. Owners were great to work with and easy to communicate with. They suggested wonderful hiking trails and restaurant options. Everything we needed was there and we cant wait to go back!

Family Vaca
WOW... I don't know where to start! The property owners were so easy to communicate and work with. The house and location were perfect. The extra's were a plus (chairs and lily pad at dock). Less you have to haul with you on your trip. The house is very roomy for everyone to have their own space but yet gather under the deck for corn hole and cooking out. The yard(which is level) is just the right size and the walk to the dock is not bad. Not a very step incline at all but nice that it is sectioned off with over size stepping stones and mulch. First time we have had a house with a fire pit (fire wood was supplied!) Kids made s'mores which was a first since we have been coming to Lake Keowee. Downstairs gave the guys room to enjoy the over sized couch to watch the CWS and the TV upstairs for the kiddos. The kids also enjoyed the basketball goal. Most of our time was spent downstairs and out side and at the dock enjoying the Lake. After all that's whats it's all about and it's tucked away in a very nice cove. We would give Jeannie and the house more than five stars if we could. We would highly recommend this property.

We were 3 couples traveling with our small children and we found the space perfect for us. The walk to the lake is very short which can't be said for a lot of lake properties. The Best Place
This home is so relaxing and welcoming. It is the perfect place to soak in the beauty surrounding the home and/or to have fun on the lake. I agree with all the previous reviews. The home is set up for all sorts of fun or sitting and playing chess quietly. The kitchen is a dream to cook for large gatherings. It all was just perfect. The owners haven't missed a thing in making the house a perfect place for anyone to rent. To top it off, the owners were the best to work with from the beginning to the end!! We all would love to travel back and stay longer..

Great layout - roomy and fun spaces interior and exterior of home. Well appointed including fun games inside and out. So comfortable for a small or large gathering and we didn’t begin to have enough time to explore the lake and surrounding areas with graduation activities.

I did a lot of research looking for a place to stay in South Carolina. It was the first visit to the state for my wife and I, and I wanted to make sure we enjoyed our vacation at a nice place. Communication with Jeannie and Mike was easy, quick and clear from initial booking through the end of our stay. They were always attentive to our questions and requests.The house was spotless upon arrival. It is a new house as are the furniture, linens, kitchen appliances and kitchenware. The location is ideal: serene and peaceful spot on Lake Keowee, safe and quiet neighborhood, proximity to restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy, and an easy drive to nearby cities and the airport (ATL).Our favorite spots were the large open space on the main level and on the balcony overlooking the lake.There are too many activities to mention, but to name a few: fire pit, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, basketball, ping pong, golf mat, shuffleboard, board games and puzzles. The high-speed internet had good range and was always available with no outages. Solid cell phone coverage as well.Jeannie and Mike's house is a 10 out of 10 and I visit again without hesitation.
