Clean beautifully decorated.
Location reasonably central
The bed linen needed to be stripped and bagged before departure.

The house is cosy, we love the decor and quirkiness. Very well stocked, loved the towel so soft and the reed diffusers! All beds are really comfortable. The courtyard garden was an asset, so picturesque with the colourful plants and flowers. Great location too for walking into town and to Burghley House. Thank you, had a lovely stay 😄
We loved everything.

It felt like home from home
High quality furnishes and equipment.
We just felt like home
Everything was perfect. The only things I can suggest is the bed and mattress in the single room. Was uncomfortable for an adult and would benefit a change to the same as the two single beds

Beautiful clean house with lovely decor and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Great location near the centre of town, everything was walkable. Communication with our host was prompt, helpful and very detailed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
There was a little road noise in the main bedroom at night but it wasn't too bad. The third bedroom with the futon was tiny, but we didn't use it so it didn't bother us. We would have loved the option of turning the twin beds in the second bedroom into a double bed.
