The property was spotless and had everything we needed and more. There was a lovely patio for relaxing.

everything was immaculate, very clean and modern. the studio has all the amenities you can think of and everything was clearly labeled with instructions as well which was helpful. the location is really good, you can get around the city on foot from the studio which is helpful as the city parking is often not available. the studio has its own parking so you can leave your car there. the host was super helpful and available at al times.

Very nice apartement with nice terrace. Everything is new and clean... most owners of apartments on the adriatic coast should look up to this owner, his apartement, and all the details owner has think of so the guests would have all they need

It's hard to limit ourselves, because there was so much that we liked: Albert's welcoming and kind presence and good relationship to his neighbors which gave the whole building a "family" feel to it; the irreprochable cleanliness and modernity of the studio, which far surpassed the quality of any hotel room we could have rented; and having Albert so nearby in one of the neighboring apartments in case we needed him.

We didn't realize before the trip that we would have to be extra quiet in the mornings (until 10AM) and in the evenings (starting around 8PM) because of the neighbors. This didn't bother us too much, but we would have liked to have been able to take advantage of the hot tub in the morning when we woke up, or at night before going to bed. (In the middle of the day and afternoon, it was too hot.)
