The manager there is so kind and helpful!
I never have to call the front desk for any reason. The linens are always fresh and the room is immaculate! I have booked stays with them 4 times and absolutely will again!!
No pool shade and limited seating

Pretty basic but very spacious room. Well equipped, and everything worked as intended. Bed was comfortable
Wish there had been a luggage rack and a comfortable chair for sitting. A bit pricey for this type of room, especially with the pet fee

The rooms are very big, for a motel. Very clean, maid service every day. Good location. I have family in Llano and Burnet, so this was in Kingsland, kind of in the middle. Had a real cute swimming pool out front. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
I know a few of the reviews complained about the shower, you had to wait 3-5 minutes for the water to get hot. But once it got hot it was plenty hot for as long as you needed it. So, I really didn't think that was a big issue.

Landscaping was non existent. 2 trees, no lawn (a weedy patch out front). Broken concrete. The pool has some plastic furniture but no shade and is next to the highway.
