Location was central and everything was walking distance.
The apartment is next to the lift so when it was time to go to bed we could hear the noise which didn’t stop until about 1am and would start up again from about 6am. The description should let you know in advance that the apartment is next to the lifts. We went off peak so only 2 of the 4 lift were working so I am assuming the noise would be worse when all the lifts are in use.

Localisation, comfortable bed and sofa, terrace, bathtub, smart arrangement of the apartment which made it spacious, contact with the owner.
The only drawback would be the curtain instead of the door to the bathroom, especially in a larger group. However with an AC and let’s say planning we managed and it wasn’t “unpleasant”. It’s understandable due to the design of the bedroom.
