Location and architecture of the building
The bed and sofa were low and not very comfortable. Noise from upper and lower guests was very loud. Needs some TLC, part of the shower wasn't working and the hob didn't work.

Lots of space
First floor, not too much climbing of stairs
Fully fitted kitchen
Pictures are of many apartments in the building, I was pleasantly surprised with my flat
Impersonal, everything is per email and lock box, with many rules and regulations all in french. It was a little frightening :-)
Pictures are of many apartments in the building so you dont know what you get
