Location is great. No breakfast in the property.

Update some of the kitchen appliances. The toaster did not work. The clock in the hallway did not work. Sometimes the coffee maker also quit working for large capacity so we used the 1 cup only capacity . Also, wish the property can supply basic need like salt & pepper . The sofa bed needs a new mattress.

We loved the condo, it was very cozy. The beds were great to sleep in and the view from our room was amazing! We would stay there again. I loved all of the kitchen items they had as well as the washer and dryer in the condo.

I would have loved to have a broom. There was a lot of sand, from out trips to the beach, and I would like liked to sweep from time to time so it wasn't on our feet and everywhere. There was mold/mildew on the bottom of the master bedroom curtians as well as behind the furniture in the master bedroom (we didn't look anywhere else). The furniture in the living area smelled funny, but it didn't stop us from using it. I had trouble from time to time with the tv connecting but that was only an issue on the rain day.

Extraordinary. Beautiful property on the beach with gulf views from every unit. My unit was tastefully decorated in perfect condition and very comforting. The guest services by Vacasa were beyond expectations. The desk staff greeted me by name every time, and we got help with everything from extending our stay to in-person assistance figuring out the TV. The keyless lockboxes for unit, parking and beach access made checking in a breeze.

Some towels need to be replaced.

My boyfriend, our kids, and i stayed in apartment 310 we really enjoyed it it was clean and it had a really nice view. The pots and pans and things provided in the kitchen came in hand. The washer and dryer worked well. Over all we loved the stay. We would definitely come back the minor things we had issues with would not stop us from coming back. Stores were close. The beach was nice and clean. The pool and pool area were clean.

For the price I feel everything should have been working properly. The dish washer didn’t work so had to wash dishes. We are a big family we wish there were more Towels provided in the bathrooms so we washed every day. The light for the microwave to see on the stove didn’t work. The balcony wasn’t as clean as the apartment but that wasn’t a major issue at all. We didn’t get out umbrella and chairs for the beach. All minor issues.
