We loved this VRBO. It was the perfect fit for my wife and me fall getaway trip - easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and Martha Vineyard ferry. Danielle and Joe were great when we had to extend our stay 1 day due to medical emergency. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and the house felt very homey. A few things were starting to show their age (especially in the bathroom) and several of the lamps weren't plugged in in the bedrooms when we arrived, but overall we had a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again. One note: with rather high bed frames, it might be a good idea to provide a step stool of some sort for your guests with arthritic knees! My mom had a fair amount of trouble getting in and out of bed each night.

Lovely cozy little cottage with lots of loving touches. Everything you need- book of local restaurants, beaches etc. very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood that makes for nice walks. Bikes, games etc. The sunroom for coffee and meals was my favorite place. Great outdoor sitting area. We had a mixture of rain, wind and beach days but it was a perfect stay

Fantastic!! A cute charming cottage in a terrific spot. The middle of Cape Cod so close to everything. Excellent communication with owner from the beginning. The cottage was so comfortable and came with all essentials needed and more!!

Very comfortable bed, the sheets were so very soft! Lots of towels, which is much appreciated. We were there the week after labor day and the weather was awesome every day... very warm for September, perfect for the beach!
The beach we liked the best was Mayflower, but it was also the busiest. We also went further up the cape at Longnook and Ballston beaches and they were also great, big waves and water was a bit colder.

The house was clean, plenty of extra towels, bedding and other convenience made this a great vacation for my family! Close to 28 & seagull beach. Nice quiet and very friendly neighborhood, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is super cute and cozy, and Danielle and Joe provide everything you will need for a great time! Best aspect for us with the weather was the location...close to beaches and we were able to explore all areas of the Cape easily. Highly recommend!

My husband and I plus my sister in law and her husband spent the week together at 17 Acres Ave. We were thankful the steamy hot weather turned cooler the day after we arrived so we could enjoy the enclosed sun room which helped us feel less confined. It’s a great cozy spot! Wed rent again! Owners were very helpful!

We had a wonderful time during our family cape cod vacation. This place was perfect for our family of 4 and it was centrally located so we could do day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. We would totally recommend this place to stay.

What a charming cottage! The weather wasn’t ideal for our trip but thr cottage provided all of the entertainment we could need. We played board games, roasted s’mores at the fire pit, enjoyed the fresh air during outdoor showers and sipped some delicious wine left by our hosts. Checkout was so simple- unlike other places, all they ask is to leave towels in the bathroom. Such a smooth process and less stress on the last day especially when we had a baby in tow. Excited to visit again!

We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful little place in West Yarmouth. It was a good location overall, right in the middle of Cape Cod, pretty convenient to everything. The town itself seemed more family oriented with mini golf places, ice cream, beaches etc nearby. Danielle was a great host with great communication. She and Joe have provided little "extras" that go above and beyond, like beach towels, chairs, and bikes. There were plenty of towels and the beds were super comfy. She even provided firewood for the fire pit (that we used) and smores supplies. One night it was rainy and while many other places pick "smaller/functional" furniture that will "do", we were all able to spread out on the sectional sofa and watch TV together as a family of 4 with 2 larger teenage sons. How awesome to be able to do that! Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property for a girls trip and it was the most ideal little house. Not only was the house the perfect size, but they have thought through absolutely everything for your stay. The house is fully stocked with any little thing you would need. The space was comfy and cute and we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great weekend!

Very cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located close to Seagull Beach and a variety of restaurants. Centrally located between Provincetown, Woods Hole ( ferry to Martha's vineyard), and West Coast areas. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen etc. Relatively small but we were comfortable with 4 adults staying there. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

We spent 4 nights in this charming, well-appointed Cape Cod home. Danielle was exceptionally easy to communicate with, and she also left a welcome bottle of wine upon our arrival. We did some cooking while we were there, and although the kitchen is small, it is perfectly functional, with a very nice gas range. I searched for a chef’s knife, but ended up doing food prep with a steak knife, which worked just fine. The sunroom was beautiful, bright and comfy, and we enjoyed spending time there. The location was wonderful, on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the main road to head out for a drive or out to eat. Would definitely recommend this property!

This cottage is a great little stay for a family. We stayed as a family of four and never felt over crowded. The house itself was clean and very, very well stocked. And the hosts were some of the best I've ever interacted with. The best part was when I text them during checkout asking where the list was (since I'm used to long checkout lists from other places) and they responded "don't clean anything, you're on vacation!". Would definitely recommend this place.

Clean, neat, and comfortable. Well supplied kitchen, lots of fluffy bathroom towels, lights bright enough to read by, very comfortable. Beach towels, toys, and chairs for summer visitors. Our hosts were immediately responsive to our questions. Great location. We walked to several small beaches, biked to Seagull Beach-saw gorgeous sunsets and seals. We hiked the dunes in the National Seashore, searched for and found 12 lighthouses, walked the Captain's Mile, visited the Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary, had an informative and fun tour of a cranberry bog, collected shells on Eugenia Fortes beach, and last but not least enjoyed both seafood and Italian dinners. Recommend this vacation rental highly for couples or a small family.

Hosts were easy to get a hold of and fast to respond. House was as described and provided a safe haven for our unfortunately rainy trip. Cozy with comfortable beds! Also, no ridiculous checkout list like some hosts have!

We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. We had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is well stocked. Especially loved spending time in the sunroom. I wanted to have an old fashioned Cape Cod vacation with my family and we had a perfect time. This house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 pre-teens. We especially loved the patio and sun porch and the house is equipt with everything you could possibly need! Thank you for a wonderful cape cod vacation!

The cottage is charming and adorable! The pictures describe it perfectly and it was enough space for my family, which included two children under 4. The fire pit was a hit and the walls were thick enough so my husband and I could enjoy a game or a show without disturbing our children.
The location is close to many other Cape towns, Hyannis was about 15 minutes, Chatham and Sandwich were each 30 and Provincetown about an hour. It’s also close to a few great restaurants (Tugboats and caffe gelato bertini) and coffee shops (three fins was our fave).
Danielle and Joe are incredibly considerate. They stock every necessity your family could need (tissues, dish soap, spices, condiments, toiletries,etc). The additional amenities (pack and play, board games, corn hole and beach supplies) made the property even more enjoyable! The beds were SO comfortable and the towels were fantastic! The AC units in each room do a great job of keeping the cottage cold for those humid Cape days.
Danielle and Joe were fantastic to work with. We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Cod and are excited to return!
