Modern, excellent location, exceptionally clean, easy to communicate regarding booking details

Need instructions on how to use the convection stove.

The only good thing about this property is the location in downtown Gdańsk.

Very bad check-in experience. We traveled from Sweden and booked a taxi directly to the apartment address, only to receive an email the day before stating that we had to pick up the key card at a completely different location (a 6-minute taxi ride or a 10-minute walk away). We asked if the key could be delivered to the apartment, but they refused. For a property at this price and level, they should really consider keyless access or digital locks like Yale to make arrivals smooth. Additionally, there is no luggage storage available. The room was lacking basic amenities: there were no water glasses (only coffee/tea cups) and no hairdryer. Overall, a very disappointing experience. There are much better apartments and hotels nearby—such as the Radisson in the exact same building complex—that offer far better service. We would not recommend this place to anyone.
