This property was so easy to navigate thanks to the clear and quick responses from the host and the property details packet left in the room. All instructions from check in, wifi, TV, and checkout were clearly laid out in packet.

This was my favorite place I have ever stayed in New Orleans. It was spotless, beautiful and so spacious. Although you are slightly further out, you are still walking distance to everything NOLA has to offer. You are so close to the Casino, great shopping, delicious restaurants and fun bars! It was a very homey studio apartment. The management company was super helpful and responsive. Everything was so easy to access. This is the perfect place for a couples getaway. We loved every minute of our stay and don't have one single negative thing to say. If you are thinking about this place, do yourself a favor and just book it! I promise you won't regret it!

We had a great stay here. This condo was exactly as it appeared in the online photos. Everything seemed new and clean. Communication was great. Myra was prompt with answers to our pre-stay questions. Clear directions, simple check-in process. Very good location. It was an easy walk for us to Canal St/French Quarter. We parked on the street during our stay. This is metered parking. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

I rented this second apartment for one of my colleagues after staying her previously. They are very luxury to say the least. great location. Will definitely stay at the Refinery again.

Wonderful unit in excellent location. We stayed in early February and were able to enjoy a Mardi Gras parade only two blocks from our studio. Due to the location in the ware house district it was still quiet at night. We were not bothered by all-night party goers, which could be an issue in the French Quarter. There were a variety of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and a cute breakfast cafe around the corner. We appreciated the ability to store our luggage in a storage locker after checkout. A small negative is the lack of a view. The only daylight comes from the glass wall as shown in the pictures, but besides that everything was absolutely top notch.

The location is a short 4-5 min from the French Quarter. If you get the the chance to eat at the Briquette it was delicious!! And it's just below the apartment

I would absolutely come back here! The place was beautiful and comfortable! We arrived late due to flight delays and were tired. I forgot some things but they had them there! And there were a few drinks and snacks in the fridge waiting for us! The hosts checked on us via text but didn't bother us at all!

This is a gorgeous condo. Perfect bed, sheets, towels, shower, kitchen … they even had cold beer glasses in the refrigerator! I was disappointed in the windows … they were opaque squares that you could not see through. The room also smelled very very musty which was odd because the furnishings were so nice. I don’t have allergies and I’m not sensitive to this kind of thing. I would recommend renting one of the units with balconies next time!

We enjoy our short stay at this property, everything that they put was spot on. we were able to walk to the French Quarter, Canal St, The Casino and the Riverwalk Outlets. The staff helped with every issue we had and communicated with us on everything. Would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Very clean, spacious and excellent location. The black makeup towels were an awesome idea and much appreciated. Loved the option to do laundry (definitely came in handy with all of the humidity) and the basic toiletries were a nice touch. Having a full kitchen with a keurig made mornings a little bit easier too! The hosts were very accommodating for early check in and luggage hold, and were very responsive with any requests! We cannot say one bad thing, thank you for a wonderful home away from home!

Perfect Listing
After staying at this property for a wedding in a 2 bedroom I was inclined to try the studio this time, and like last time it did not disappoint. From the design, location, privacy it is the perfect stay. My desired property whenever I’m in town.

NOLA Bound!
The apartment was perfect for me and my husband, we came down to explore New Orleans. It was very clean, bed was amazingly comfortable. Had enough of all the essentials we needed. We loved that it came with a Keurig and a selection of coffee pods. Would recommend this apartment for a couple!

Excellent place with all the amenities (and then some that are simply bonuses) in an excellent location, close to wherever you might want to go. Cleanliness was next to Godliness, and the place is absolutely spectacular! Stay here and you will not be disappointed!!!

Excellent Condo, Great Location
This condo is beautiful, so well kept and stocked for your visit! It is in the Warehouse District, which is a great mid-point location for many activities/venues in New Orleans. You can easily walk to the French Quarter, WWII museum, and Jackson Square to name a few. The host, the Angel, is AWESOME! She recommended we download the app SpotHero to find parking around the property and made several recommendations for food, fun, etc!
I would definitely stay here and rent from New Orleans Luxury Rentals again! Thank you!!

Getaway Dream Space
This studio apartment was wonderfully designed with an open floor plan. The futon in front of the bed was a nice touch. Highly recommend it if you are traveling alone or with your wife or husband.
