The costumer service agency they used was great. Very responsive. We ran into a few problems as to the front door code not working and needed a physical key, the lights went out one night and we had to figure out what happened the guest services was able to help us find the panel. One of them had tripped and need to go back up.
The home didn’t have enough hot water for a family of 5 we had to wait for it to warm up
Every two people that showered.
