Location was so close to the Canberra Centre and cafes
Checkin process, could not access lifts without keys, needed keys to access the lift to select the floor.
Beds were too firm in the main bedroom which gave us a sore back.

more towels, place mats some of the crockery wasn't too clean.

The location was great and so convenient. Also the size of the apartment was ideal for us. It was helpful having access to 2 parking spaces even though we only needed one. Very modern and clean building.

Great location. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There were four dishwashing tablets for a seven day stay. The television did not get any reception therefore did not work. There were no tea towels left in the room. There was damage to one of the bathroom doors, not caused by us, and the owners wanted photos and details. I’m surprised that the cleaners did not report the damage prior to our visit. There was one face washer in one bathroom and none in the other. One of the down lights was flicking. The lamp in one bedroom did not work. There were yellow stains on the doona cover 😳
