We loved staying here! It was just far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to walk everywhere.

Came down to watch the Texas Longhorn vs Washington playoff game. The apartment was cute & clean! The location was perfect & the manager always responded quickly! We will definitely be back!

This was a great location for visiting the French quarter. We were just off Canal Street, so it was quiet but close to everything we wanted.
The flat was clean and comfortable, and the host was very quick to respond to any communication.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and ideally located near the fun spots so you can walk to everything easily yet also have quiet when you want to sleep. This is the best property we've stayed at in New Orleans and we will definitely stay there again when we go back. It is definitely 5 stars!

It was nice being close to Canal and Bourbon. You have access to restraunts and shops. It was nice and quiet in the room. There was next to none of the outside noises from street night life. Parking was my biggest dislike. While there is free parking near by if you are lucky, we ended up paying for two over night passes at $35 each. This is not a reflection of this room or it's owner but just our experience. I would book again

My family visited NOLA for the first time and this was the perfect location for us. It is right next to Ruby Slipper, which is a very popular breakfast place. The location was great because we were not far from the French quarter. Food was amazing. Would recommend

This place was in the perfect location if you wanna experience NOLA. Everything we wanted to see was a 15 min or less walk from this place. The parking was a lot about a block away which wasn’t ideal at first but we ended up walking everywhere so it worked out really well during our stay. Shower was kinda small, but overall it was amazing!! The host was quick to respond to any questions and was really good at communicating with me before, during, and after our stay.

The property is very cute and in a really convenient location if you’d like to be near the French Quarter. When we arrived at 4 for check-in, I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness of the property. The dining table was covered in food crumbs and there was a dirty cotton swab on the bathroom floor. We also weren’t able to control the temperature so we were locked in at 73, which in New Orleans, is very warm. Because of that, sleeping was pretty uncomfortable. The host is really friendly and tried to accommodate an earlier check-in time for us, which was much appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if those few issues were addressed for next time!

We had a great trip! The place was very close to everything we wanted to. We could walk to the French Quarters or grab a trolley to the garden district. The beds were very comfortable. We had a minor issue with the door code- but it was resolved quickly. Overall great rental - we highly recommend it!

Had a great stay here. Very convenient location and communication was A . We would stay here again! Location was amazing and close enough to walk everywhere but far enough from Bourbon St to feel mostly safe. Parking lot did get vandalized on our last night- our car was spared. This is a city wide issue. Fir what we pd in parking they should have a security guard. But parking was extremely close.

Such a cool apartment, location is money & property manager was an awesome communicator. The shower has great pressure, plenty of space for our family of 6, beds are comfortable; we would totally stay here again!

This is a cute property. It is in a good location. Walking distance to the French Quarter and to the trolley. The price was very reasonable. The host was awesome! She is very responsive. The parking was hard, but every place in that area parking will be hard. There was a parking lot less than a block away that you can pay to park. That is what I did and it was very stress free. If I go back to New Orleans I will stay here again.

This spot was just a short walk from WWII museum, the ferry, audobon museums, Bourbon St, & Jackson Square. The place was clean, quiet, and the hostess/host was accommodating, stayed in contact, and was quick to respond. Will for sure book in the future.

Great location for this place. Walking distance everywhere Genesis was very responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling. She had someone there right away to fix the issue.

The property and location were fantastic! We could walk to canal and bourbon street easily. The beds were also super comfortable and the six of us fit easily. We paid for parking in a nearby garage so we wouldn’t need to worry about it for the weekend. The only issue we had was check in. The phone number to call on the listing was disconnected and we couldn’t get the property manager to respond to requests to check in an hour early. On top of that, when we arrived at our designated check in time, the cleaning crew had just begun. Normally this wouldn’t have mattered, but we were on a tight schedule and we’re under the impression that check in was at 4:00. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

This was a pretty spacious studio, complete with kitchenette and two large comfy beds. The walk to Quarter is a little longer than a few minutes, but we didn't mind it, there's a lot to view and enjoy along the way.

Host is very helpful and gives you all information you can ask for to make the most out of your trip. Probably the best experience and host I’ve had yet on all short term rental companies.

This sweet loft is perfect for exploring the city while having a quite place to land at the end of the day. Easy walk to anywhere in the FQ, close to the streetcar to go uptown. Very comfy beds and soft towels, it’s the little things that elevate your vacation. The loft is great for 4 friends or would be great for a couple. Small kitchen is nice to have. Would def stay here again!!

The owners were prompt and friendly in their responses to questions and requests. We were close enough, yet also far enough, from the French Quarter. Lots of restaurants, stores, and fun within walking distance. I would certainly stay again. My only suggestion would be to replace the "cushion" on the futon. It was extremely uncomfortable...but not a problem if no one is trying to sleep on it. The owners do also have an air mattress they were willing to provide.

This was the perfect location for our family trip. We were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, and the Ruby Slipper Cafe right outside the door was a amazing. The unit was just as advertised and was clean and ready upon our arrival.

Lots of restaurants, stores, and fun within walking distance. I would certainly stay again. My only suggestion would be to replace the "cushion" on the futon.
