Could hear everything thru the walls. Didn’t see the office open often. Needs many upgrades. Carpet was stained.

Convenient location

Very loud, on Friday and Saturday night, guests in unit above us came in late and had a child running around and made it difficult to sleep

It is a nice quiet location with lots of parking spaces. The apartment has everything you need to meet your needs during your stay including; washing facilities, a kitchenette etc.. All are stocked with supplies.

Not much to dislike, I found it a little confusing that I would only receive the code to get into the accommodation on the day that I was arriving but I probably would have found this information had I looked harder.

I was unable to access the property at all.after calling for assistance for a total of 4 hours. Booking.com did not cancell this reservation. I had gone to Casa Grande because my 42 year old son had been found deceased. This property owner had no compassion for my situation and even though I had requested a cancelation in a timely manner Booking.com did not do as requested. Horrible service I will not ever use Booking.com again.

Great location. Close to Safeway. Eight minute drive to Palm Creek Resort where we had friends in a pickleball tournament.

Coffee kcups were not provided for Keurig machine.

very clean
