Beautiful location! Very quiet. Quick access to the lagoon, the jetty, the garden. Lovely views. Fully equipped with all utensils and all needed appliances.
Everything was perfect. For long days, it would be awesome to have a washing machine.

Host did not respond to the call to attend to the bath plug and dirty water stayed in the bath for the during of our stay.
I would like to retract the comment above, as the host attended to the matter at a different unit, the service provider did not give her proper feedback. Thank you for clarifying the matter. We will definitely go back to the establishment.

We had a truly wonderful stay at 4 Laguna Grove. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed—from fresh towels to kitchen essentials—and really appreciated the attention to detail.
The complex is secure and peaceful, which gave us such peace of mind. It felt very private, yet open and safe enough for our kids to play freely on the grassy area outside. The braai (grill) was an added bonus, and we enjoyed making meals while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
The location is perfect—right on the lagoon and close to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. The views are lovely, and the atmosphere is peaceful.
Most importantly, the host was absolutely amazing! Heather was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Her helpfulness and warmth really made our trip extra special.
We’d gladly return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway in Knysna.
There were a few small things that could be improved. We only had three toilet rolls and two black bags for the entire stay, and the kitchen bin area was quite small. The TV remote didn’t work, so we had to swap the batteries from the DStv remote just to turn the TV on. That said, Heather did let us know we could contact her if we needed anything, and I’m sure if we had mentioned these things at the time, she would have resolved them quickly.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

Right on the water so excellent location for water activities. Close to shops and restaurants.
