For us perfect! Quality bed and all fittings. A short water taxi ride to centre of Queenstown but a different world of peace and quiet . Great walks from the property around the peninsula . Lovely owners on site.
Nothing. However some may not like only having a sink in the bathroom - a tip - take the washing up bowl out onto the patio and wash up enjoying the mountain and lake view

Bev and Murray, your apartment was absolutely perfect. We stayed for a friends wedding and were very impressed with Studio 746. We met Murray who was just delightful. The apartment was spotless, we felt really happy and comfortable, thank you!

Studio was immaculate, and i am fussy! Everything was perfect, comphy, stylish, shower was amazing. Very private and quiet, shame we could only stay 2 nights.
Maybe a bed side clock, but that is nit picking.

The suite is bigger than it looks in the photos and was very well appointed. High quality furnishing, housewares, linens and towels. Although not a full kitchenette, the food prep area was really well equipped, better than many full kitchen units I have stayed in. The neighborhood is gorgeous, on a peninsula surrounded by classic NZ mountains with a great walking trail that runs along the shore.
Not a fault of the suite itself, but be aware in terms of location that you will want to have your own vehicle as it is a long way from any services or shops (not walking distance to anything). The water taxi / ferry service has limited runs and ends early in the evening during the week. There is a bus route that stops almost at the end of the driveway but is infrequent and may be unreliable.

Luxurious type accommodation. Love the comfortable sheets, shower and bath facilities are amazing.
no cooking facilities. its atleast 20mins from the town centre to buy food. although there is a 13min drive to Five Mile Shopping precinct where you can buy some groceries.
