My family (6 adults, 3 children) stayed here and had a wonderful time. Right on the beach, the lazy River was great, and the kids loved the indoor pool. I wish the splash pad could have been finished for the kiddos. We will definitely try to stay here again.

This was an amazing family vacation. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The accommodations are perfect for our family so that everyone can stay together. We love the bunks in the 2nd bedroom with a king bed. This made is so much easier for my daughter and her 3 little ones. Plus having a bathroom in each bedroom and an additional bath is everything. The kitchen has everything you could need. The free standing ice maker may have been our favorite addition to the kitchen. I honestly can’t find any negative about our stay because it was such a great week. We look forward to our next trip and hope to book this exact unit again next year. Thank you.

We very much enjoyed our stay. I wish the kitchen was better stocked with utensils. Knives were all dull and we had a shrimp boil, but no large pot to cook in.

Condo was lively except no place to put food (pantry). The walk to the beach was cluttered with bottles, cans, shoes and debri.

We had not ever stayed in the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area so I was unsure of the ideal spot. Happy to say that our Phx West 2 902 Condo was perfect for what we needed! We had 5 adults and 2 kids and stayed for 8 days - the rooms were the perfect size and the beds were super comfy! The 9th floor was perfect given the parking garage navigation and the condo was clean and had an amazing view!

THIS IS OUR FIFTH STAY AT PHOENIX WEST 2 AND WE WERE ONCE AGAIN VERY SATISFIED WITH AMENITIES AND WITH THE CONDO. THIS WAS OUR FIRST YEAR AT UNIT 902 AND THE PICTURES ARE SPOT ON. IT WAS VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED, AND EVERYONE HAD THEIR OWN BED. EVEN ON A CROWDED WEEK WE WERE ABLE TO FIND A SPOT ON THE BEACH AND CHAIRS BY THE POOLS. THE ELEVATORS ARE A TAD SLOW BUT BEING ABLE TO PARK ON YOUR FLOOR IS A BIG BONUS! WILL DEFINITLEY BE VISITING THIS CONDO AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! T

Our rental was perfect, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the ice maker. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely useful. The views are awesome and every staff person we came in contact with was helpful, friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. This was the easiest check in and out process and inquiries were responded to rapidly. We booked one and ended up with another just as beautiful as the company notified us that contractor would be working on original, which we appreciated so we did not have to listen to that during our stay.
Gorgeous view, private, right on beach, easy access, pool, hot tub, etc. Wonderful. We will return.

Wonderful place to stay! Lots of outdoor activity options for the kids. Condo was clean and in very good condition. Only slight complaint is the size of the condo. It’s so large the beach area gets over crowded quickly. There’s not enough space between guests. There’s people EVERYWHERE.

This unit was perfect for our family. One of the few with bunks that we found, we were able to fit 5 kids in one room comfortably. The unit was clean and well stocked. Beautiful views. The management property was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

The condo was very clean and spacious! The ocean view was gorgeous and we loved being on the ninth floor. It was at just the right height for a breathtaking view of the beach, lazy river and ocean! The only thing that would have made it better would be to have a recliner and larger drinking glasses. You only get two dish towels so we had to wash them everyday. Would definitely stay here again if a recliner was added! Loved our stay!!

Frantically I began searching for a new condo. I found this one and reserved it. I then sent a message for someone to call me so I could talk live to them. About 15 minutes later, Ms. Julia called me and put my mind to ease. She was able to get the unit cleaned and available for a check in one day earlier. Beautiful condo with 4 FULL BATHROOMS and the ability to sleep 13 people.

Our family of seven had a great stay. The condo was large, clean, and accurately described in the listing. We loved sitting on the large balcony. The beach access and pools were great. The kids had a ball in the lazy river and on the water slide! Thanks for the great vacation.

Overall experience was not good. Unit was dirty when arrived. We cleaned it ourselves to make it feel cleaner. After parking our small RV in a space labeled for bus parking for 4 plus days we were made to move so a car could park there although we paid for same parking pass and was told prior to and at check in we could park there. Desk staff and manager was incompetent dealing with issues. No crowd control at pool or lazy river. Stayed at PW 2 previously but will not again.

We loved the amount of space in the condo. The location was perfect! All in all it was a great weekend. The only complaint we had was that the carpet was not clean. Definitely recommend replacing the dirty carpet. Also we were unable to get the balcony door open and the repairmen were there quickly to fix the problem.
