We live in the area and need a little extra space when we have visitors. This is a much better option that a hotel! Close to restaurants, entertainment and town center

We were in town for a wedding with 6 adults and wanted to rent a house instead of a hotel. Under a tree was a great house that was perfect for us and the proximity to mall and restaurants was great. Really enjoyed the walking trails and ease of meeting with others in our family that also had rented VRBOs. Highly recommended!

We were originally supposed to stay at Under a Tree for about six weeks as we transitioned from selling our house to moving abroad. Because of delays getting our visas we ended up staying three months so we got to know the property quite well. When we arrived the windows had just been replaced with new double glazing. Even though the house is on a corner and the temperature was over a hundred, this meant the house was cool and very quiet. Everything we could want was provided and impeccably clean. The decor is calm and relaxing. The location was fantastic too with some nice walks from your door and quick access to I-45. The property manager, Debra, was so understanding and flexible as we struggled with the chaos of constantly changing our travel plans as delay followed delay. There was plenty of space for our family of four and the kids loved all the toys and games in the garage that has been converted to a playroom. We couldn’t have asked for a better refuge at a particularly difficult time in our lives!

New tile was being installed in our home and we needed to vacate for two weeks. This VRBO was perfect for our needs. Debra was easy to work with and was responsive to our questions. Everything we needed was in this cute home. Thank you Debra for your hospitality. 😊

The property was very clean and close to my brother house where we had a surprise birthday party for him. The property met all are want’s and needs for family coming in from out of town. I highly recommend this property to anyone heading to the woodlands.

We were staying here for easy access to Addison Woods venue for our daughter’s wedding. This property met our requirements, and was very comfortable for our family. Even our pup liked it. Very clean, well maintained, quiet location, near food, and had everything we needed.

Joyous visit!
We very much enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Owner was so extremely helpful and responsive. House and yard facilitated visiting, eating, relaxing, sleeping, and was so clean/well-stocked. We so look forward to a return visit soon!

Easy checking, house was clean with coffee and all basic amenities. Great home layout, we brought our family dog, they had water and food bowls, great backyard space. We didn’t use but they had the garage set up as a game room! With couches and games.Easy check out. Overall a 5 star experience!

Perfect!
House was in a perfect location for us to visit family in spring. It was an absolutely adorable, spotlessly clean house. Completely well-stocked for anything that we could think we would need. The beds were all very comfortable and it’s just adorably decorated. We will stay here whenever we come to town! Thank you for hosting us so well
