Hotel Bograd - Apartments & Lounge Station

Room was very clean. Available parking though difficult to find. Very polite reception staff. Breakfast was ok.

1. Heating didn’t work in either room, making our stay uncomfortable during late September rainy night. 2. Restaurant staff could be more professional and attentive to guests.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. It was located very near the city centre and had private parking. The breakfast was tasty.

The rooms AC didn’t work properly and it made the stay very uncomfortable. At request they delivered a fan to the room which helped but it was still very hot.

Great location; nice rooftop bar; comfy room with air conditioning; friendly staff; nice breakfast (omelette toast recommended). We would choose this place again if we are back in Struga!

Lots of space in the room, and the breakfast area in an open-air roof restaurant overlooking the pedestrian zone of Struga was a good way to start each day. Parking area in the back of the building first appeared to be far from the hotel entrance, but after doing some reconnaissance, I discovered a way to roll my suitcase all the way from the car to the elevator without encountering any steps. Hotel offered laundry service for a reasonable rate.

A seemingly brand new hotel but with one big building design error--placing the air-conditioning unit close to the floor. Does no one understand physics? For two high-temperature days I was never comfortable at all. The labyrinthine traffic pattern in central Struga made finding the hotel lot challenging, even with Google Maps. Main problem is that the hotel's directional posted signs are so bleached out from the sun as to be almost invisible. Those need to be replaced as soon as possible. Also, if you're assigned an east-facing room, demand a change. You will have to close the curtains to avoid the blinding morning sun, and this will cut off any air-conditioning you may have been lucky to get.
