Great place with great location on the beach. Quiet and exactly as described on site.

Loved our view and the beach was amazing.

You just can't beat being steps from the beach! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was in a quiet area and the only people on that section of the beach were in the same apartments. We will certainly be back.

The location and ocean views from unit 4 could not have been better! Easily walkable to local restaurants. Only thing we would have found useful would have been insulated cups, beach bag and a cooler. But we were able to get them at the store not even 10 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay in unit 4. The wall of windows in the living room has the most beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The apartment is nicely updated and was spotless when we arrived. The pictures don’t do size or cuteness of the place justice. There was ample toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for our stay, beach chairs, umbrella and some pool noodles. Beach toys can be found in a communal box on the side of the building. The kitchen is stocked, but missing a few things - in particular we noticed there was no Tupperware, plastic dishes to eat outside on, or grilling utensils. Luckily, we were able to borrow the latter from the neighbors downstairs. We rented with our 4 small kids. The couches in the living room are not sofa beds, so be aware of that. Management was super quick to get us extra sheets so we could put the couches together and sleep two littles there, though. There aren’t any toys or games in the apt. The building was quiet when we were there. We did hear talking through the bedroom wall every morning, but it wasn’t loud. I would say the beach was quiet too, but not private. It wasn’t as busy as a public access beach by far, but there was always 8-10 other parties within close proximity, and it seems like there are sometimes people walking through the property to use the beach area. They also have a no guests rule, day or night, which wasn’t a problem for us, but something to note if you’re considering it. If you love a super clean and comfortable apartment with a relaxed beach in a quiet area, this one is for you!

We love staying here. This was our second time here and we will be back again. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. The beach is peaceful and relaxing.

Unit 4 upstairs has the best ocean views and sunsets..location is great for walking to yoga on the beach(1/2 mile) and less than a mile to several restaurants with music and outdoor seating. One suggestion would be to have a place to hang wet towels, and more rugs on the floors. Great place for a beautiful beach vacation!

Property was spacious, clean, and beachfront.

We had a great stay at #4 Island House. This apartment was perfect for our two night stay. It had all the essentials we needed such as beach chairs and towels and kitchenware. It has an easygoing beach vibe and you can’t beat the panoramic ocean views - it was wonderful to hear the soothing sound of waves crashing at night! Nina was responsive and helpful, and checking in and out was very smooth. we enjoyed the private beach, the stunning sunsets, the short beach walk to shops and restaurants, and just relaxing and enjoying time with family.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was super cold and windy outside but we felt like we were still on the beach thanks to the amazing windows. Well kept and great location!!

Fantastic location! Only one thing…the master bed is uncomfortable and sleeps hot. We kept waking up sweating but only on the part touching the bed.

My boyfriend and I had a great little beach getaway at the Island House (Unit 4). The ocean view and sunsets were superb. Nina (our host) was very responsive to all of our inquiries and needs. The location was ideal. We walked right out on the beach every day and staked out our suntanning spot. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella accessible to us in the unit and on the communal patio. There were only a handful of other people on the beach since our particular area is inaccessible to the general public. Great 9-12 min walking distance to the local restaurants. We loved the Tiki Bar where we were lucky to hear a great band. The first night we had great food there and the second night it was just ok but we liked the ambiance and experience of dining there. Overall, this is a prime location for families or couples looking for a low key beach getaway.

Beautiful views of the gulf from the living room. Saw dolphins while sipping morning coffee. Very clean and well stocked. Nina was great. Strongly recommend. Would stay again!
