We stayed for a long weekend with friends. We had an amazing time! The house was clean, checkin was simple, and the location was perfect! We enjoyed the entertainment in the basement and the hot tub was a blast at night. The owner was quick with responding to questions and emails. We will definitely be booking again next year. Thank you!

This house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had so many amenities to keep everyone happy. The basement was a ton of fun for kids and adults alike, and the rest of the house was clean and comfortable for relaxing. Close to both ski resorts making our days on the mountain easy and simple, even with 5 kids in tow. The owner was very responsive and made sure our stay was an enjoyable experience.

This was the perfect house to get away for the weekend with friends. We had so much fun and didn’t even leave the house. The house was very clean and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The cleaning crew stopped our first night to deliver some starter essentials and make sure everything was ok. We spent most of the time in the basement playing pool and shuffleboard. We would definitely visit again.

Family weekend trip with my mother, husband and kids. The property was very clean. They had plenty of quality supplies for cooking. The basement had fun games to play and kept us busy. Video games were fun for children. The jacuzzi was large and clean and was relaxing to sit in. The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus. Nice place to stay and enjoy PA.

I had 8 girls stay at this house it was beautiful fit us all so well. The house was extremely clean and smelled great. There was more then enough space for all of us. The kitchen was beatiful only problem was it lacked lighting or light bulbs were bad. But other then that everything was great. The owner was amazing and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this host and house to all of my friends!

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation home in the Poconos - the hot tub and game fun offered lots of fun when we where home. The home had plenty of space for our family and there was a comfy couch to lounge and watch movies as a family. The owner was very responsive to us during our stay and helped resolve any questions/concerns we had!

Family gathering with our adult kids and grandkids who were looking for spending time together. Plenty of things to do in the house, as well as at the nearby lake and swimming pool. Short day trip to Hickory Run, where we conquered Boulder Field. Plenty of deer who visited us on a daily basis, including 4 fawns that ran around the woods. Will rent again in the future.

Awesome house! We spent most of our time outside on the deck and playing games in the basement! Perfect size house for anything you want to do! Very clean and well stocked kitchen!

Very clean nice home. Comfortable living spaces. The kitchen was well stocked for prepping meals. Many leisure activities offered for downtime or rainy days. The owner was easily accessed and responsive for a minor issue we had. It was remedied the same day. It was a pleasure staying here.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with the girls! The basement/bar area was a great place to have fun! So much to do downstairs like the pool table, shuffle alley board and foosball table! The two family rooms were spacious and the Karaoke in the one family room kept us entertained for hours! The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy! The hot tub was the perfect way to relax and chat about life! The first night there we already talked about planning next years trip here again!
Jeff was great! Always responded right back to me with any questions I had! I definitely recommend staying here! Whether it is a girls trip, guys trip or a family trip there will be plenty for all to do!

This was a nice quiet vacation. It was just what we were looking for to sit back and unwind. It was the perfect location. Our only complaint was the beds were a bit uncomfortable. I would absolutely book with this property owner again. He was a responsive in a timely manner was very informative about everything we needed regarding the community.

The owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with and the property manager was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful!
We absolutely loved the property. The house was clean and inviting. Plenty of space for everyone. The children loved the game room and having one room to all share together! Hot tub was a great addition to our stay! Jeff was very responsive with questions about property. Any issue was handled immediately. We hope to stay again!

We stayed here for a weekend with the girls for my best friends bachelorette. It was a small group of us just wanting to have some fun for the weekend. Let me just say the house was immaculate! So clean and well kept! Fully equipped kitchen, everything you need is there. Jeff was super nice and professional and checked up on us during our stay to see if we needed anything etc. the house is out the way but close enough to stores and places! The basement was our favorite! We hung out there most of the time at the bar (lol) and the karaoke we loved it was a big hit! Thank you so much Jeff. I will rent again in future if possible!

It’s location made skiing at Jack Frost Big Boulder such an easy task for both day and night sessions. We loved the fact that everything you could possibly need for cooking is already there and accessible.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for ski vacations to jfbb if you have family or friends who are coming with you.

Very clean
The house and the hot tub were cleaned well. The cleanest property We have ever rented. The basement has a lot to do and it’s bright and welcoming. The downside it was very warm upstairs making it a little difficult to sleep. We were instructed in house rules to not go below 70° So it made it hot upstairs. On a cooler week that may not have been an issue Or if we could’ve lowered it a little. overall a very nice house. Roomy and comfortable.

Great vacation house!
House was in great condition with great areas for lounging, sitting out back watching the deer and playing pool and shuffle board downstairs. Definitely on a busier road however traffic was not bad and it is extremely close to the beach. Would definitely rent again in the future. Thanks Jeff!

We had an amazing time at this property. The owner is very accommodating. The house was absolutely immaculate!!! So clean! We lost power a few times but that was due to the weather. We found an amazing winery not far. The game room was perfect for some relaxing fun and we had a great time. Definitely would recommend. Thanks Jeff!

Thanksgiving getaway
We rented this house for Thanksgiving weekend.
This house is very cozy and has great amenities.
We all had a great time, the game room in the basement is awesome. Overall enjoyed this house very much, much better than a lot of houses we stood before in the Poconos.
