Location was good.
Everything was clean and tidy.
Could do with an extractor fan in the bathroom.
Could do with better recycling facilities.

House well appointed with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Location was excellent for train, town centre and Oakham School.
Self catering but everything to cook yourself, plenty of local takeaways and easy walk to pubs and restaurants.

Great little house to use as a base for surrounding areas. Everything was clean and tidy. Very quiet. A home from home. A short walk into the town and plenty of places to eat or have a drink. Hosts very good and there if needed
The road is very narrow especially when cars are parked on either side. Only room for one car to drive down. Parking could be tricky, however, I didn't have any problem. The smaller bedroom is lovely and comfortable but maybe the bed could be moved to face the window to avoid scrambling over the bed to close the curtains

The property was very well presented. On our arrival we
felt welcomed by the thoughtful preparation. We had a relaxed stay and enjoyed visiting Rutland water and Barnsdale Gardens. Tracey and Jacqueline kept in contact to ensure all was well with our visit.

A lovely well presented townhouse near Oakham centre in a busy but quiet street The hosts had added lots of little welcoming additions to make stay most enjoyable
The only downside parking was tight on the street but we always got a space

The cottage had everything we needed and more. Lovely kitchen (well equipped) with open dining area and cosy living room. Great location on a quiet road, in walking distance to shops/pubs/restaurants and train station. Would have sat out in the courtyard had the weather been a little better. Good communication with Tracey (the host) and easy access using lock box.

The two bedroom house was a excellent property differently would book it again very clean queit place and very comfortable and Tracey was brilliant.

Location great except for the lack of parking ( on road) narrow street with nose to tail parking either side of road however this did not detract from the lovely property.

Main bedroom thick with dust and kitchen huge dusty cobwebs.

The location was excellent; very close to the town and essential shops. Parking was on-street, but we never encountered a problem parking during the 5 days we were there. Also, within a short walking distance of the railway station if you are travelling that way. The furniture and decor were exceptional; it was as though we were walking into the owner's own home. There was a small garden, which, I'm sure, would have been pleasant to sit in during the Summer.

Nicely decorated & furnished house, where everything a guest might need had been thought of. Very comfy beds, nice modern bathroom with good shower. Quiet street, but easy walk into town. Very friendly & attentive hosts. Lots of thoughtful little touches. On street parking, but no problem finding space.

The cottage was beautifully furnished and clean, there was complimentary chocolates on arrival and wine. The host was extremely friendly and helpful with every enquiry we had. We definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Attention to detail excellent. Equipped better than most rental properties.Lovely modern kitchen and downstairs toilet a bonus.
The only fault was street parking a little difficult at times.
