Die Lage des Boardinghaus Alte Spinnerei ist von der Entfernung zur Innenstadt als sehr gut erreichbar zu bezeichnen. Auch die umliegende Ziele Schwarzwald /Elsass mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar

Eine ausführliche Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgt nicht. Durch Zufall an den Schlüssel für die Wohnung gekommen da der Vermieter gerade vor Ort war, ansonsten.......? Eine Erklärung von Kaffee Kapsel Automaten Herd/Spülmaschine/Waschmaschine fehlt komplett. Der Vermieter denkt sich die Anleitungen hierfür kann man sich über das Internet holen. Besteck Teller Tassen etc. sollte man mitbringen da so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Kostenlose Pflegeprodukte- Toilettenpapier/Müllbeutel/Küchenrollen findet man nur als Restbestände vor Streamingdienste Netflix etc. werden dargestellt als ob schon im Preis vorhanden, dem ist nicht so muss extra erworben werden. TV da nur über Router angeschlossen, ist der Empfang von öffentlichen u. Privat Fernsehen nicht möglich. Mediathek ARD ZDF zwar vorhanden da das ganze per Internet läuft mit einigen Aussetzern. Die anderen Apps können gegen Bezahlung freigeschaltet werden. Eine Rechnung über die Dauer des Aufenthaltes warum auch immer erhält man nicht.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und wirklich gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Balkon war sehr schön zum verweilen. Ein Spielplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Auch der Bäcker ist nicht weit. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Die Matratze war für mich zu hart 🫣. Aber das empfindet jeder anders.

Great location, very quite area walking distance to city Centre

There is no induction notes showing the apartment facilities, TV operation, city map, restaurant guide etc., owner is not on site therefore you need to contact the owner prior to arrival. Unfortunately we did not have a working phone at hand.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. it was well suited for our family of 3. Hosts were helpful when small problems arose

The door handle to the bathroom fell apart on our first night. our son was locked in for about 30 mins before we got him out. The hosts arranged to have it fixed as quickly as they could (next morning). The coffee machine was broken but they brought us a new one.

As there are many apartments, this review relates to 2nd floor in block 58 (refurbished historical building) to avoid any confusion. Due to COVID situation, we had very few contact with our hosts, late check-in possible which is really really really great. We are coming in the area on a regular basis but we just discovered this great place, great location at walking distance from city center (pedestrian area) and easy access to motorway A5, cozy, quiet, clean, easy car park just in front, great shower, quiet moisture extractor in bathroom, bed was great, not too soft, not too hard, just perfect, small balcony, everything was great except the lack of microwave. Overall score 9.9, we will certainly call again!!!

Everything was great except that there is no microwave (entry level model @ 50€ in any appliance shop will do the trick)
