Stayed with family of 4 for three days. Perfect for our needs. There were a couple of items that needed be to be addressed that include broken toilet seat, broken window blinds, and damaged bedroom door. Other than that it was a nice quiet stay.

The outdoor shower had 0 privacy, because panels were missing including the actual door handle. And the grill was covered in mildew and mold. All of the Vacasa homes in the vicinity seemed newer and updated, this needs serious updating and cleaning.

Would stay again. Had everything we needed as a family of four. Was impressed that the noise stayed down in the little village of cottages which is good because of the surrounding residential area. Super comfy, cozy, clean, and fun vacation cottage right down the street from the ocean.

It truly felt like "home". There were a ton of DVD's, games, and decor that made it feel like a cozy spot that you have been to before.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is small but cozy and very clean snd well maintained. It was a little tight for our family of 4 (kids are teenagers) and mattresses were a little firm for our preferences but otherwise great place and I would recommend it.

Good space for a weekend- fully loaded with all of the basics. Only downside is it was cold and the central heat/radiator wasn’t working. We called and were told someone would give us a ring to come fix it in the morning and no one ever followed up. Also the yard is out in the open/close to other neighbors.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this cute and cozy cottage. It had everything we needed to relax (better than a hotel room). The atmosphere inside the cottage was quiet and perfect. It is centrally located to visit and explore the Cape in any direction. There is a small beach 1 block away that is perfect to sit, relax, and let the ocean sounds take you to a place of peace. We didn't want to leave the area - we will certainly come back again!

My family and I have rented this cottage many times. We loved it. It is perfect for our family of four(kids ages 7 and 10). They love the bunk beds. Just the right size and the beach is a short walk. Local attractions are very close by as well. It is in a very quiet neighborhood as well which is a big plus.

It's clean and comfy...no bugs.......feels like home! Well cared for property with friendly neighbors. It has everything: movies, dependable hot water, comfortable beds, washer-dryer, gas grill, rainy day stuff, everything the owner states is there. We were quite pleased and I would recommend to family and friends. I've stayed in other places and this one is a pleasure.

Hi Eric, We are enjoying your cottage very much. The weather has been on the cool side with a few showers but all in all very nice. You really provide everything that one would need for a vacation. We turned on the A/C when we arrived. It smelled musty so I pulled the filter and it was plugger with lint. Vacuumed off and it is fine. I found the screen for the door by the washer. the screen was pulled out on one side so I put it togerther and put in door. Happy we rented yout cottage.

We are two recently retired teachers from Ohio that were looking for a cottage on the Cape. We spent many hours on the computer studying our options. We selected this cottage because of the accurate description of the property. It had the flavor of a quaint knotty pine cottage with the modern conveniences that we so much appreciate - like air conditioning. The cottage was very clean and it was obvious to us the owner was very proud of his place. The place was close to the beach, eating, and shopping areas. The owner, Eric, is very personable and more than willing to make our stay a memorable one. We would recommend this property to friends.

Our family had a WONDERFUL time in your cottage. Check in at the realtor’s office was quick and easy. The cottage looked exactly as it did in the photos. We cooked out on the grill every night we ate at home; from hot dogs to chicken wings to grilled veggies. It was such a treat. The cottage is warm and cozy and we enjoyed watching the Bourne trilogy movies you had available to guests (it rained one day so it was a fun indoor activity). The beach was wonderful and so close. We went often and it wasn’t a big deal for us to pack up the caravan and drop everything off and then walk down (so not to pay for parking). My brother & his family came down on Sunday for the day and we had a great time. My nephew is 5 and just learned how to swim so we had a great time at the beach. Our Neighbors were friendly; it was like a little community when everyone was home. We made lots of friends. There are lots of restaurant options, too. A little something for everyone. My husband is a vegetarian and my youngest son and I enjoy seafood, which was not a big deal staying at this location. We could grab whatever takeout we wanted and eat on the big porch table all together. Lots of 'extras' are provided for the kids as well, from games to kites to movies. Hi Eric We just want to say thank you for the opportunity to enjoy the Cape & your cozy cottage. It was great. You certainly have it well stocked with plenty of things to do. It is perfect for young families with children. Also great for those of us who have grown families & just want a quiet get away. We really like the Cape off season. You have done a commendable job in equipping the cottage and making it homey. Congratulations! We have stayed in other cottages in many other beach locations and this cottage is by far the best. We found it very clean, tidy and welcoming. My one comment to you would be that the rental agency is a bit far from the cottage and on picking up our key, were offered no directions. We did have our GPS so we used it but that was an oversight. Also, dropping the keys off on the day we left was a half hour drive out of the way and it's another issue to find the agency office. Remember, visitors don't know all where everything is exactly. It would be helpful to have some directions to a supermarket, pharmacy, beach,etc posted to get visitors started. We also looked about the cottage for directions on recycling and garbage pickup. We couldn't find anything. Maybe that was tucked away somewhere. Also, to your credit, I have never received a followup such as this asking for comments. I will post a review shortly................you deserve it! We will definitely consider renting again even though our weather wasn't great. That can't be helped. Everything else was perfect. Barbara

Eric has described this cottage in excellent detail. We were pleased to find it clean & everything in very good repair. The location is convenient to most places on the Cape and made it easy for taking day trips in any direction. Although at this time of year we did not spend much time at the beach it was within a 5 minute walk & we did enjoy being able to get by the water & collect shells. The cottage has everything we needed & was very cozy even in the cooler weather of fall. It is many years since we had been to the Cape & this was a great spot to spend time at. From our experience Eric is very prompt at responding to his guests & cares about them. Your openness to suggestions from guests makes one feel like you really do care not only about your place but about others who share your space. Thank you. We would certainly return to this property in the future & are currently telling our friends about it. Keep up the good work and all the best.

We had an absolutely wonderful time this past week. The weather was splendif-or-ous and the beach was great. My friend who stayed until Tues., and my son Evan had a very nice time. Beyond that, I have life-long friends who live on Chase St... and spent the balance of our evenings with them. Ocean House NEVER disappoints and went up to BZ's one night also for pizza.... that is a great casual place. There are a few things: there were no 'Kitchen' scissors ~ we borrowed some from the nice lady next door, Louise. We loved having a washer/dryer available!.... Wow. Just to even know that you didn't have to bring 10-12 towels for the week! That is a really great asset to rental! That huge water heater.... maybe there would be a way to close that off? I know it has to have breathing room... here's a thought ~ they have these very small energy efficient water heaters that are 1/2 the size. Maybe you'd consider investing in one and then put a 'shelf barrier' above it, but leave the bottom exposed for air 'drift'... ventilation. I have to say that that big thing in the kitchen was abominable! Loved the deck area... 'June' bugs were aplenty, but easily squished with a flip-flop ~ HA! All in all... it was lovely. Nancy & Evan

Our family of four, including two very young, energetic boys, had a lovely time on our vacation. The cottage is welcoming and cozy which made it easy to settle in and feel “at-home. ' The living room is quite comfortable and well- stocked with a variety of DVDs for easy viewing on the TV. The clean kitchen, stocked with plenty of dining and cook wares, was essential for us. The well-maintained gas grill was a great plus, along with the outdoor dining on the deck. The two bedrooms were just right for our needs, and the boys especially enjoyed watching videos from the bunk bed in their room. The adults appreciated the free WiFi access. The short, easy walk to a nice beach is a terrific. The washer and dryer, while always nice to have, become a big bonus after a salty and sandy day at the beach. In addition to the activities and attractions throughout Dennis, the central location also allowed us to easily visit attractions in other towns usually in less than a half-hour drive. The owner is both gracious and generous, and the rental agent was pleasant and efficient. It truly is a nice, comfortable vacation home and we would certainly recommend the cottage to others and would enjoy staying there ourselves again.

Nice neighborhood for walks and short trip to major grocery store.Owner very helpful and accommodating. Good location on Cape for travel in either direction(Buzzards Bay to P-town) Reservation and key pick up easy and quick. Would stay here again without a 2nd thought- very relaxing,very quaint. Anything you could need is in cottage. Cottage is what I think of when I think of the Cape
