We had a really pleasant stay! The staff was very friendly and communication was excellent. The accommodation was well equipped and having a kitchen was very convenient. We also really appreciated being able to park directly in front of the house. Overall, everything was easy and comfortable, and we were very happy with our stay.
The additional tax could have been communicated more clearly, as it came as a bit of a surprise (but you can pay cash or card so no problemo). Also, the kitchen unfortunately didn’t have an oven or a kettle, which would have been useful.

Was ok
Wrong address on booking. 2 different streets with the same name. Should pay the taxi twice.

It was further from the centre than I thought, but it was good for one night.
The host was good, friendly, respond well, until I needed a late check out. It was more than half the price for any time u needed to check out 5 mins or 5 hrs. I no longer needed a later check out, but they still charged me full price no matter what. And the host's "brother" appeared at my door like I was going to run out. I felt uncomfortable like I had to pay it now, or else. It was a weird feeling. Pushy almost.

1. The location is in a residential area a few miles away from city centre.
2. Halal Restaurants and Takeaways are about an 8 Minute walk from the place.
3. It was newly refurbished so therefore very clean.
1. Rooms were small
2. No toiletries like soap or toothpaste were provided.
3. Kitchen was basic
