We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome from the beginning. Chiara was incredibly kind, helpful and flexible, especially with our late arrival. Communication was always easy and friendly, and everything was well organised. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Rome. We also really appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and the lovely message she left for us before our departure. It made our stay feel even more special. Chiara was also extremely flexible after the 10:30 a.m. check-out. We were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation, which was a huge help as our flight was only in the evening and meant we didn’t have to carry our bags around Rome for the rest of the day. Thank you again for everything, Chiara! We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Rome. 10/10! ❤️

Beautiful, spacious room with lovely solid wood furniture and a very nice overall aesthetic. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location was great and the air conditioning was a huge plus, especially with temperatures reaching almost 40°C. Overall, the room itself was beautiful, comfortable and a very pleasant place to stay.

The main downside was the bathroom setup. Our private bathroom was located outside the room, directly off the shared kitchen area. This meant that every time you needed to use the bathroom – even first thing in the morning, possibly still in your pyjamas – you had to walk through the kitchen while other guests might be sitting there having breakfast. It felt a little awkward and lacked privacy. However, this only applied to our room – the other rooms had private en-suite bathrooms. So if this is important to you, I would definitely recommend choosing one of those rooms. Another downside was the relatively high additional fee for arriving outside the designated check-in hours. They did accommodate our late arrival, which we appreciated, but if you know you will be arriving late, I would probably recommend choosing a hotel with a 24-hour reception instead. This accommodation works more like an Airbnb or guesthouse, with specific check-in hours, rather than a traditional hotel.

I loved the proximity of the B&B, attention to details by the owner. They were kind, very helpful and accommodating.

The air conditioning didn’t work during a heat wave. It turned on but needs Freon and was not cooling the room 90% of the time, which made our stay uncomfortable during 90 degree weather. I asked for a fan and was told no.

We had an amazing stay in Rome! The location was perfect, and we absolutely loved the apartment. Our host was wonderful—very attentive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this place. We would happily stay here again!
