Small but clean and comfy ,when I entered the street of Krowoderska where the apartment is I was a bit scared as some of the buildings were vandalized (sprayed) however it was actually peaceful and quiet out there and the apartment itself was nice and clean. Also close to the cafe and shops x
The state of the buildings around (vandalized, sprayed) but it's obviously not the host fault.

Cheap
Very scruffy. There was already someone in my room on arrival and took ages to get an alternative. The building entry code changed and I was not informed so took ages to get back in.
