Questo appartamento sulla spiaggia è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da un parco acquatico, da tratti costieri dove andare a vela e da molte altre località interessanti. Qui trovi anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare comodamente il tuo mezzo e raggiungere Spiaggia di Rocha e Spiaggia Praia dos Três Castelos a piedi.

Sfrutta al massimo questo appartamento da 106 metri quadri e utilizza anche i suoi spazi esterni. Versati un drink sul balcone e non perdere l'arredamento da esterni. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. We were here for Afro Nation during the heat wave. The location is perfect and offers a balcony that connects to 3 different rooms. There are also 2 full bathrooms which was nice for my party of 5. The pull out couch was broken; the host offered to fix it but it was fine for a guest who only slept on the narrow part. Please note there is NO A/C. There are only 2 small fans, 1 for each bedroom so we had the sliding doors open the entire night. Nor were there dishwasher pods.We also had a hard time leaving the parking lot gate with the instructions given. Because it was 6:30AM the host didn’t respond to several calls but that is understandable. We had to wait for another person to leave the car lot in order to leave.

The host is very responsive and accommodating, overall a great place to stay

The location and access to the beach was excellent. Restaurants, shops and bars were within easy walking distance. The apartment, however, did not have an oven as listed.The host was easily accessible when questions arose.We enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment.

Location: great! Cleanliness: we had to buy all cleaning products, bins and wash the bathroom mats and I had to clean the house on my arrival due to dirt and hair (all at our own cost). Communication: fine and Helena was lovely until we left. On leaving we received a breakdown bill for EUR 296 which she did not want to discuss, which she stated she had claimed EUR 100 from VRBO and she was annoyed that was the only amount she could claim. There was a lamp, not broken but tilted to the side which she claimed was broken and therefore she would charge twice the price as she needed to get a matching one too. She proceeded to state that we shouldn’t book her place again. I understand the inconvenience but we too were inconvenienced. We even left cleaning products at her place. We offered to discuss this multiple times and even called but she ignored us. This is a shame as I believe this could have been resolved.
