The location was perfect for a holiday family gathering. The large great room was almost big enough for our large family. The aesthetic of the home was lovely, the kitchen appliances; double oven, microwave, stovetop (gas), worked well for us which allowed us to cook meals and bake our famous Christmas cookies. The bedrooms were a very nice size and the bathrooms were very nice as well. They had some folding tables and chairs which we used a few times and appreciated. We loved that the downstairs had a wonderful large sectional plus ping pong table where we had our annual white elephant gift activity with our local family members. The large garage was able to house the large suburban we rented as well. The neighborhood was also very friendly, felt safe and we even received a Christmas gift from one of the families living in the development. The home worked for what we needed.

The bed in the master bedroom was VERY uncomfortable, even though it's listed as a Tempurpedic. It's a divided twin bed and the linens didn't fit properly and we couldn't find the remote to elevate it etc. Luckily we were a family of 3 so my husband and I were able to sleep in another room in the basement. It was very inconvenient and annoying. The upstairs loft is a bunch of bunk beds, luckily we didn't need to use it. There are no bathrooms to support that many people. There is only a 1/2 bath available on the main level for that space. If they needed to shower, use all facilities, they would have to go down to the basement level. The other two bathrooms on the main level are very nice ensuites but not accessible if they are occupied. A TV was missing in the main living space, so if that's important to you, be warned. During the holidays we like to watch sports, Christmas movies, etc while we cook/bake and that was not an option. The backyard was nice, but it does face the street so there is not much privacy. The neighbors all around the home will be able to look into the home and the backyard. We were there for Christmas and it was pretty cold. The linen supply i.e. tiny bath towels, thin comforters, small blankets that didn't fit the size of the beds for extra warmth, we had to pile on every blanket in the house for just the three of us. Clearly, for this price, corners were cut. The dishes in the kitchen were very cheap, including the silverware, again not fitting the requested price of the home. There is only one fridge so we were unable to fit enough food to feed the number of people this home is supposed to accommodate. There were not enough appliances, pots, and pans to cook a large meal. If you want luxury and comfort, this home is not for you.
