We stayed 10 days we enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood I loved it!! Everything worked we didn’t have to call no one about anything all the appliances we used worked I wouldn’t change or say anything bad about the place it’s pretty much in the middle of everything all the stores and restaurants so I can’t complain if we decide to vacation in Jacksonville next summer I will be look you all up. Thanks for making this enjoyable vacation!!

We stayed here to visit our son playing lacrosse for Jacksonville U and it was the perfect location.
Clean and the owner was quick to respond and bring us an umbrella for the game because of rain!
One suggestion would be to have kitchen towels and more paper products, TP (one roll is not enough for a long weekend) Kleenex, paper towels and first aid kit (my dad cut himself)
We went to buy them because we didn’t want to ask the owner.

My husband and I had appointments at Mayo Clinic and this property worked out well for being close to Mayo and near the Jax Beach area for shopping and eating. Neighborhood was very quiet. Property was very clean and nicely furnished. We will definitely be returning again.

We came to town for our niece’s wedding. Being able to stay at such a clean and fully stocked house really helped lessen the stress.
Any information you needed was nicely displayed throughout from how to use remotes to house rules. Thank you for providing such a comfortable place to stay!

Everything was as advertised. Detailed instructions about EVERYTHING all over the house, so no need for questions. Very accommodating owners, worked with us on short term, same day access (due to personal emergency). Very timely responses and communication. Very clean place, has everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood. Quick access to everything you need (15 minutes to Mayo for us). Thanks again for a great stay. We will back.

Awesome house exactly as described. Only 6-7 miles from the beach. Close to St. John’s Town Center. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet.

Family from Florida, Puerto Rico, and Virginia, got together to celebrate our niece's graduation from the University of North Florida. The house gave us the space for all to gather together to laugh, cry, and create some wonderful memories. Mike was an amazing host! She is starting her Master's Degree, so we might be back!

The owners have done a wonderful job of taking care of this property, beautifully renovated. There was so much space for my family of 4. The wonderful aroma of the ocean sifted through each room. I highly recommend it.

Nice, Roomy Home!
Our visit was fantastic! There were 4 of us and it was roomy and a nice open space for all of us. The neighborhood was very nice and cute, a very centralized area. I would stay here again

Amazing
This was such a good place for my family and I to stay while our house was getting worked on. Plenty of room for our kids my mother and us. The hosts were so kind and gracious, easy to get ahold of, and so sweet. Would definitely recommend!

Nice!
We attended our grandson’s graduation and needed a place nearby his home. This rental property was exactly what we needed! The location was just 14 minutes away and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It took us less than 20 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go, including the beach. I would definitely recommend this VRBO property.

Our family stayed and loved the amount of room the kitchen and living room area gave us. Plenty of beds and bathrooms everyone had their own space. Very short drive from shops and restaurants as well. We will definitely go back to this one when visiting family.

The home was extremely clean and in a nice neighborhood. My kids loved the fenced in backyard which made their stay so much more enjoyable. The home is very well cared for and in a very convenient location.

Close to several restaurants and stores for shopping. About a 20 minute drive from the airport.
Everything was clean with the exception of several dishes that had to be washed.
In the future I would suggest more than 1 extra roll of TP when 6 people are staying there for more than a couple of days.......very minor because we just picked one up when we went shopping.
I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area.
